Went to the Flask in the 70's when lived down the road. The Spaniards later, and The Wells in the 90's. We piled into The Freemasons a few times after playing cricket! Been in The Holly Bush too. Miss English beer, in NZ now!
Hi, really enjoyed your lovely Hampstead pub guide. I was sitting outside The Holly Bush a few months ago, when Ricky Gervais walked past, deep in conversation on his mobile, so didn't get a chance to say hello! Also, when there was a McDonalds on the high st, a few years ago, while I was there Liam Gallagher, was standing at the counter with his then. young son. Am I right in thinking that Martin Freeman's house in on Frognal, or Frognal Gardens?

Hampstead is near perfect. Far enough from central London that it’s not overcrowded, but there’s a ton there. Much like Richmond. Thanks for watching!
