      The Templars are the first & only international banksters. Their Swiss homeland flies the Templar flag.
      When the pope turned his back on them by allowing their last publicly know grand master Jaques de Molay to be put to death by fire. They turned their back on the church & vowed to destroy Christianity.
      They are the only entity with the means & the motive to destroy all Christian nations.

    It's odd these narrators fail to point out that many of these churches and royalty voicing their disapproval of the Templar's owed vast financial debt to the Templar's from unpaid loan's the Templar's made to them.
    What better way to absolve yourself of debt than to accuse and execute your debtor's.
    But they couldn't do this until they could sway and alter the public opinion of the Templar's, hence the earliest media propaganda campaign by the individuals of education and power.

    While the top four men of the organization were imprisoned did they know or were they ever told that their order of the Knights Templar movement had been disbanded and dissolved two years prior to their sentencing?
    Also since the pope demanded that all of the Knights Templars possessions were to be sent to the order of St John in Jerusalem why is it that there has been this centuries long mystery about what happened to the Templars richest? If everything went to the order of St John in Jerusalem, why can't historians and archaeologists start their search for their valuables and possessions there rather than trying to search for anonymously all over the globe?

    • @Barbarosa1234
      @Barbarosa1234 3 місяці тому +5

      I guess the idea is that the Order of St John didn’t get everything. The claim is that many Templars escaped, many purportedly went to Scotland and Portugal in particular, and so may have carried a certain amount of their riches and secrets with them. How much St John’s got, and how much was taken away with escaping Templars? I supposed we’ll never know. But that fuels the searches and speculations.

    The Knights Templar are among the most famous warriors of the Middle Ages. In the early 12th century the Knight had become the symbol of the lower nobility, the men who ran Estates throughout kingdoms and who mounted on horseback were the most important figures on the medieval battlefield, but the Templars were more than just regular Knights. They had forsaken a secular life for a devoutly Christian one, the plain red cross on white, to many they are the archetype of the Medieval knight St George.
    The Christian Warrior the Crusader, the Templar order was born of such ideals and dominated not only the holy land and its battlefields, but also the domestic landscape of medieval Europe, yet the order ended in superstition and intrigue, its members accused of heresy, betrayed, tortured and mutilated by the church it pledged to protect.
    More than six centuries since the Knights Templar were dissolved, their story more than ever fascinates many of the world's top medieval Scholars. The Templars were the medieval Elite, there's just no way around it, that they were the top dogs militarily. In the popular imagination too, the allure of the Templars is just as strong so much so, that this can cause problems for real historians.

    During the Crusades, the Knights Templar were known as fierce warriors on the battlefield, but they also had an unexpected side gig: banking! They invented an early form of checks, allowing pilgrims to deposit money at one Templar location and withdraw it at another. But here's the twist-one reason they became such savvy bankers was because they weren't allowed to handle money directly due to their religious vows! Instead, they found creative ways to become some of the Middle Ages' most influential *non-money

    It's very peculiar how these narrator's when telling their version on the origins of the Templars always cite the Europeans invasion into Jerusalem which was under Muslim control as a pilgrimage. In truth it was an invasion and therefore a war started. In modern times people who are fleeing war torn countries into other lands are called migrants or illegal aliens but in the case of the crusaders taking Jerusalem by force and transporting people there, those people are called pilgrims.😅 Curious how perspectives change depending on who's telling the story.

    • @ocean88eagle9
      @ocean88eagle9 5 місяців тому

      Very false comment. The Muslims were the invaders and had committed raids into other country's for hundreds of years. The Templars were the only people t.o protect visitors to Jerusalem . If the Muslims had any honor, they would have provided security for them. The Muslims seized control of Jerusalem through many conquests and wars. Quit trying to narrate the fact they weren't invaders when history tells us otherwise.

    It's very curious with all of the revenue that the Knights Templar were making basically 'hand- over-fist' annually .... I'm curious to know whether or not during the 16th century during King Henry VIII's infamous "Dissolution of the Monastaries", whether or not he also sought to go after any of the Knights Templar locations for additional opportunities to grab more wealth?
    If you ask me it kind of sounds like if he would have gone after the Knights Templar, FIRST he may not have needed to go after so many of the churches and strip them bare.
