      No we haven't but the best thing to do is check out Dr Sebi's Nutritional Guide listed on his website drsebiscellfood.com all you have to do is register to download it. Next watch Dr Sebi's video Eat To Live not to die here: ua-cam.com/video/CHJHH9hubao/v-deo.html I have also listed the food guide on our recipe page if you have trouble downloading it here: facebook.com/pg/TheElectricCupboard/photos/?tab=album&album_id=1483892788352076 Then Join some Dr Sebi groups on Facebook. One of my favorite one is here : facebook.com/groups/907050702712163/ Lastly do lots of research on Dr Sebi listing to him on youtube. Hope this helps. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.

      UPDATE: soooo the black sapote went bad lol.... i used “organic” raw cacao powder- 1 cup... and followed the same recipe but with garbanzo bean flour. And they came out pretty good. My friends liked them but they said they were a little dry. They liked it better with the sauce. And honestly i do too lol but they’re not vegan so I wasn’t really expecting too much. Although they said they were pretty good for vegan brownies.

    I couldn't find any date sugar, do you think coconut sugar will be OK? I've tried to make date sugar from dates but it go over so well. I had to keep putting the dates back in the over because they didn't get hard. Then they burnt. I blended them anyway but they had a burnt taste to them. (Maybe you guys can make a video for that?) Well, back to my original question: coconut sugar ok? :) Thanks!

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  6 років тому

      If you follow Dr Sebi Nutrional Guide then no. Only 2 sweeteners are recommended and that is agave and date sugar. I haven never tried any other sweetener in the recipe. Date sugar helps the recipes thicken. However we buy our date sugar online at vitacost.

    Mrs. Blended abode, I need your HELP ....... could not find garbanzo flour any where in our area, & bought quinoa flour instead. Didn't take long to find out quinoa flour does not work the same way & I have no idea what to do with all this quinoa flour now :'( PLEASE don't ever stop filming your Electric cooking show........ you have REALLY help me a lot on how to prepare delicious Electric meals :)

      @BlendedAbode  7 років тому

      No worries. We have trouble sometimes too. We buy our flours mostly on Vitacost.com. They are have great prices sometimes cheaper than in store. The other place we found the garbanzo bean flour in a store called the Patel Bothers. But I am not sure if it's just a FL thing or not. If you don't have that store then Vitacost is great for many of the hard to find items. We spend about $50 a month on thier.

      I added some corn starch and it helped. My husband loved it. My seeds wasn't powdered it was sticky like. I only have a lil 900 mixer. I probably should have let them cool after roasting them. 😅
