+Chesney Cheeseknees wonderful. I hope you like it. 😉❤️
I just got a grain mill recently and bought a lot of spelt and I have no idea what I’m doing haha. Your videos are helping me so much thank you 😊
+Refinemelikesilver Testmelikegold oh how fabulous. Thanks for great encouragement. I love that my videos are helping you. 😊happy baking. ❤️
Nice job ! I've been making these for yrs, in India, they're called roti. Whole grain spelt works very well here. Everyone needs to try this and of course, alot who are gluten intolerant, can eat spelt, a non gmo ancient grain.
+Sherry M thank you. Great encouragement. A question. Have you made a curry with eggplant 🍆? I’ve been experimenting.
@@SueMareeP I haven't, about the only thing I seem to care for in Indian food are the breads they do
Looks nice & healthy. Thank you for the recipe, have a great day.
Thank you. You too. 😉
Thank you will try it soon
+Danielle Andrews glad you liked my recipe 😊
Hi Sue, how do you keep these flatbreads fresh for the next day and or for longer?
+Ibolya Toth we keep ours in a sealed container then freshen them up in the toasted or in the oven for a few minutes. You could also freeze them.
Going to try this thank you! Do you have to let dough rest before cooking?
Mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand or with a mixer using a dough hook. Knead until smooth. Rest for 15 to 30 minutes. Then divide.
