No, I used a unapproved store spelt bread so that I could share this recipe at the time.

Has anyone with a wheat allergy tried eating Spelt? If so, did it cause you issues? All of my gluten free bread options that are tolerable are not Dr Sebi approved? 😢

Where do you buy your bread? If you make it could you post a recipe.
Use what you like. You can use bread, or flat bread it's your choice or if you can find an approved bread at the store you can buy that.
But where did you find spelt bread?
Matthew Morgin go to your local whole foods store and look in the freezer isle. ..and if they don't carry it they will order it for you. ..they make tortillas also..its a company called rudis that sell all spelt and ancient grain breads. ..you might be able to find it on amazon also. ..its pricey though...

I have a ❓❓ did you all make your own spelt bread or was it a certain brand. I'm looking forward for your reply cus we definitely would like to eat a sandwich one of these days with a more healthier bread then what we usually have.
Yes we make our own bread. However for this video we wanted to get the recipe out asap and used Berlin Bakery sour dough spelt bread. It's not approved because it's fermented to make sour dough.
