Mid 2022 update: My interview was almost the same except it was not a group interview and they didn’t ask me to pick out an outfit. I guess it depends on your local branch.
Hey! I just had an Old Navy interview on Saturday and the hiring manager told me personally and told the other two people I had the group interview with that we were going to receive a phone call today (Monday). However, I didn’t receive anything. What are your thoughts?😔
Hey! Old Navy is a pretty busy store, especially at this time of year. I would suggest that you wait one more day, then contact the hiring manager to follow up.
so I applied for the job today and they told me that they would call me Monday and I know the manger that works there and she told me that they are going to ask " why did you pick the store out of all the stores around us" there target and tjmaxx and all that any advice?
I had an interview yesterday. And for that question I told them that I love their brands because they are nice, comfy for such a cheap price. I also said that this would be a great learning experience to understand good costumer service and learn how to communicate well with others. Hope that helps.

Had my interview last week. Still waiting to see if I got it. Supposed to have a group interview. But I was the only one that showed up in my time slot. Soo… maybe it’s possible? I hope. UPDATE: I got the job!!!! Yayyyyy. waiting for my background check to clear. Starting orientation very soon.
How many questions did they ask? I mean they called me before and asked me to tell them more about myself and why I want to work for Old Navy. Then they gave me a date and time. I have my interview on the 29th
Was the group interview scary like were you nervous? Did they ask typical interview questions like “ tell me about yourself” “why do you want the job”? I have an interview tmr and I’m scareeeed😭😭
Yeah I was really nervous but mostly because I assumed it was going to be one on one 😂. The questions were really casual more like a conversation then an interview! Most of the questions were just typical ones. I’m sure you’ll do great! 😊

I have anxiety too haha but think of it as just a group conversation it’s quite laid back!
