    - hard working
But those are not the words I recommend.
Power words show the interview what you are able to do and highlight your past experiences.

Even with English as my primary language, I find your videos simply brilliant! As the facilitator and coach of a women's leadership group, I was responsible for making the women feel comfortable enough to openly share their fears and vulnerabilities. As a result, I coached one woman to have the courage to successfully launch her new yoga business. The measurable result at the end of the 8 week program was 7 out of 8 women achieved their goals!

Interviewer: Are you a good team player?
Me: Yes, I can collaborate with people pretty well. As I’ve learned a lot of teamwork skills from my job working as a waitress in restaurants or doing teamwork assignments at school. I realized that if you work with a respectful, enthusiastic and responsible attitude, there will be no problems to collaborate with people. Also, it’s important to be patient and understanding for everyone.

Great video. I am so glad you did not suggest these two words that get your resume thrown into the dumpster according to my neighbor who is head of HR at her company. The two words are; "passionate" and "thrilled." ------ As in, "I am passionate about XYZ." or, "I was thrilled to work on project XYZ." My HR neighbor said those are empty virtue signalling words. Your 8 words are very powerful.

I have a very collaborative leadership style. In my last job I attended the daily and weeklyly meetings conducted by the construction personnel and was on hand to proactively help with engineering problems that arose during construction. This saved the need for the construction personnel to write lengthy letters and enabled us to work jointly as a team to develop engineering solutions and work around to site issues.
