Thank you. Just back after a seizure and tumour diagnosis but happy to be back on the mat after 3 weeks. Legs are a bit tight now 😂 but so good for the racing mind 😊

Thank you for sharing this proactive, after a few days in hospital with pancreas issues I was eager to return to practice. Yin yoga wasn’t giving me enough but this was so perfect and I love how you describe and share whilst you instruct. I will definitely be back!

Great routine! Thanks for sharing! Was feeling bad from a vaccine shot earlier today and after a nap and this routine, I feel great! Can't wait to watch and try out your other routines. Many blessings to you and yours.
Inspiring practice! I could not do all the poses but I am going to recreate the flow with some twists. Will be doing live injury yoga everyday if you want to join me. Hope to inspire people in their practice and journey.

This was well intentioned, I guess. Yet the energy of the practice is strained. It feel like the 2 others teaching are exhausted at the end of the day and that is coming through. Also maybe this is meant for advanced yoga people who maybe took a day off. Definitely not for someone coming back after an extended break or illness. Sure one needs to adapt, but how with poses like: 31:40 ?
In the context of all the other positive comments, this one comment, without any other context to justify the conclusion it presents, is neither helpful nor credible. Just saying.

Sorry about your fatigue syndrome Kristen! This is still an active Doron Yoga class, maybe try restorative yoga instead?
