This is such a great recovery flow. I’m recovering from a really bad cold and just don’t feel strong enough yet to do a rigorous workout in the gym. This flow helped me get some movement in and I’m feeling much better.

Really lovely routine. My sinuses were blocked but feel more relieved from doing this practise. Although I’m on the cusp of beginner intermediate this was easy to follow and gentle on my body.

That was great! Really helped with recovery. I've only just discovered your channel and will look into more of your classes. Only one small bit of feedback - I think your channel would be perfect if you could do your prompts in a 'mirrored' fashion. So when we are looking at you and you say 'left' its our 'left' and not yours. It makes things less confusing for the viewer.

I'm sorry you felt that way. It was pretty hard to focus on breathing with such a congested nose, I made that clear in the beginning to do what works for you whilst you are ill. Also, my intermediate classes have minimal cues which I did state, so I don't cue breath work at all when I film this level. I prefer my intermediate classes to have little chat and more space for silence and inner reflection. I leave breathwork to the practitioner to enjoy as they see fit and to follow how their body is feeling at that moment in time. Have a lovely weekend. Namaste 🙏
