    As a meeting organizer, I miss an easy method to go to some of the extras I can add to a meeting/webinar from the classic teams forms. In meetings, adding a poll, or in webinars, working on the registration form or attendance etc. From what I see now on my client, I need to click on the chat button in the invite, to go to the "chat" related to the meeting, and then in the top bar, I can add polls. To go to the extra fields related to a webinar, I need to then click on "meeting details", to see the 'classic' form for a webinar, allowing me to do the things I want as an organiser. I hope there will be a more intuitive way to do this in the future. Unless ofcourse I have overlooked something glaringly obvious :)

    Happy new year Darrell.
    I have been using it for a while and apart from the adding other calendars it works well.
    I few quirks to get it 100% but still a good move. That said I have been using the Outlook Web version for some time so it's not a big change for me. Personally. Though for others it is going to take a while to adjust. Though may help with the new Outlook adoption later in the year as that is going to take some work for the adoption.

      Happy new year to you too Phil. It is a good move to use the same code-base as used by Outlook Web. I too have been using the web app more than a desktop client. I work from client tenants and it’s just easier to use all the web apps from an Edge browser profile. Some of the quirks I showed in the video of the new Teams calendar were from me not understanding the UI. A commenter explained how it works. I love learning from comments.

    The button you are looking for in 4:13 might just be the "clear filters" button on top of the list. You might also notige that there is no tickmark in front of the "categories" title of that section of the filters list>. If you click in that tickbox, all categories are re-selected at once.

      Thank you 🙏. Those two tips worked well and make sense now. It was the tick box beside the "Categories" that I needed to tick, to select all the categories again.

    This was really helpful, we finally get meeting notes in teams EDU in 2025 and I was wondering how I'd trigger the agenda with the new teams calendar

      Adding Agenda / Meeting notes using the new Teams calendar works well. I wonder how long it will take to add to Outlook Web / New Outlook calendar.
