#16 is not called "the winter", It is an EB without a jump. There were videos posted way before this that show it. She was just lazy or refused to call it what it is and made up a name for a trick that already existed, again it is not called the "winter", seriously that is stupid as hell.

Good demo. Just a suggestion. You're jumping on a black mat wearing black training shoes. Something more contrasting, (shoes), would have clarified your footwork more.

Great stuff! I’m only one month into my jumping so many of these moves waaay outside my comfort zone.
Question: do you do work in the gym as well or just jump?

What's the brand of your rope?
By the way, the way you do it makes it look a lot easier. Very technical. Thanks

Hey Atila in this video I am using the Heavy Beaded Workout Rope from buyjumpropes.net/heavy-beaded-double-dutch/ if you want to purchase this then Use Code PHOENIX-MOVE-2 I now like to use the Custom Beaded Rope instead just cause the handles are smaller and beads are lighter

@@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS hey, thanks. I'll check'em up, most definitely.
I use rogue double under speed ropes, however, I find your one very good for endurance, since I Box.
      I'll subscribe to your channel.
      Thanks a lot.

I haven't used the Rogue ropes can can't give my feedback on these it's always been BuyJumpRopes.net for me because of their extensive range of high quality ropes at affordable prices.

Hey Ana yep I sure are... when you are starting a new type of training begin slowly. Start with 10 secs of jumping then rest and build up from there...

Young lady I got you beat by 9 years. That is impressive. I am a broke down former college athlete and can't do much anymore. Most kids don't have the desire or attention span to see through what you can do. Lot of these gals put these tighties on just to display. You are classy, fit, and most importantly demonstrate a bonafide skill. God bless you sister and every one else. If y'all still got a little bit health do what she does
