With practice you can do this in 20 seconds. Easy. In this tutorial i'm going into detail on how to really get the perfect winged eyeliner. I'm going through all the little tips and tricks that sometimes we miss when using this method.
Don't forget to curl your lashes first. Very important. And make sure your pencil is super sharp. This is the one thing that most people will actually forget to do but makes a massive difference. It really does.
