I saw this video and i did compound exercise but the result was same Still when i finished doing like bench press , babel curl i feel only my right hand and also now right hand is bigger than left Im like now giving up gym becoz of this Can u give me a solution for this problem

Pasindu Jayasooriya imbalances take months or even years to resolve. Keep training with more dumbbell exercises.
