  • How to Smoke Fresh Tuna Steaks | Smoked Yellowfin Tuna on the Pit Boss // I absolutely LOVE seafood and when my buddy brought me back some yellowfin tuna steaks he caught off the coast of NC, I had to throw them in the smoker! Ok, he didn't catch the tuna steaks, but caught the tuna - you know what I mean.
This recipe is ridiculously simple and takes only about an hour total!

Looks delicious! Try it rare/medium rare some time. It’s perfect with a cold Caesar salad.

I'm going to try this but I'll put the steaks on my cedar plank. I needed to know temps and time and (sorta) the seasonings. Looks great. Thanks!

Man, that looks delicious. My Uncle just gave me a ton of yellowtail and tuna steaks. So I definitely will be some tuna during the week. 👍🏿

The last tuna I smoked came right out of the ocean, 4 long filets went into the smoker and it was the best thing I have ever eaten. Try that. It needs no seasoning.😊

A little garlic herb sauce would be awesome! Try a little mixture of Dijon, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, melted butter and salt!

They're just black nitrile gloves. I usually buy them at a local hardware store.
