- Here is one easy way to beat the sadness & pain in life - GIVE THANKS TO GOD! GIVE THANKS TO GOD FOR HE IS SO GOOD! TODAY IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE! LET US REJOICE & BE GLAD IN IT! Also I have an amazing journal entry idea in here too that has helped me so much in times of sadness and pain & just whenever I have been down.

Thank you so much for this.. you don't know how much this video touched me. I cried because every point you made was pertaining to me. I have been complaining about somethings to God and it was as if my prayers weren't answered. I became depressed sad and frustrated. but when you said we should be thankful something just spoke to me that its the little things I neglect that I should thank God for and I just realised that there are a lot of things God has done for me that i refuse to see.. it is right there in front of me and I just neglect it. but now I will start thanking God for everything even the one He is yet to do.
