This was sooooooo helpful!! Thank you! I love to journal, but during really busy seasons in my life I struggle to journal. I think it may be because I haven't given myself a broad range of things to journal. Something things take more time than others. The only addition I can make to the list is journal your dreams (the dreams you have while sleeping). This is especially if you have a recurring dream or dream that is particularly special in some way. I have received lots of encouragement, guidance and support from the Lord through dreams.
I can honestly say that God has really been using your videos to speak to me! I've been able to incorporate a lot of the tips that you've given into my own personal time with Jesus! God bless you!! What I love about this channel as well is that we can all take these tips and make our own journaling unique!
I write down miracles and God sightings too! Whenever I'm feeling a bit low or I feel like God isn't answering my prayers, i look back over all the amazing things I've seen him do. I love this video- very helpful and your artwork and calligraphy is beautiful!

I've been working on creating personalized journals for children and youth in Africa that our organization has been able to put back into school. I've been looking for ideas to teach and encourage them to journal. This has been such a huge help. Thank you!

I do the exact same thing when I'm trying prey. I feel like I'm not giving God my full attention and it's not heartfelt and he knows. Other than your family kind of influencing with journaling can you recall anyone else around you that taught you how to really study the bible?

Writing down book reviews and author bios is good. Also, journaling about world events and how you feel about them, lifting them up in prayer.
I love journaling I also write down dreams and visions God gives me. ❤️
