Do a video on the respect level you have now versus fat Brix. I was 335 pounds and as a professional the respect level at my work place was less than desirable. I didn’t get notice for anything. Now I’m 195 pounds and fit I don’t even have to say anything. When I walk in a room I now attract attention and the respect level has dramatically changed at my place of employment. I think people take you more serious when you take your health more serious. Just an opinion.

If you overheard her boyfriend talk to another dude like this, what would you do? You would probably IMMEDIATELY disqualify him from dating your daughter!! I am really astounded that you associate with someone like that! I would have NEVER believed that you ever had a mindset similar to his. And I get it...men often are less inhibited during their private interactions...but this WASN'T a private interaction. Thousands of women (and maybe even some men) who look up to you and really admire you will see this and be completely turned off. In my opinion, If you can find a person that truly loves you and cherishes you for who you are and can support where you are trying to go, that is truly a blessing. I think the tricky part is finding someone who can evolve with you...having someone who wants to help you do better. Having a sexy body doesn't ensure happiness, longevity, or fidelity. Some of the most unhappy people in the world are visibly very beautiful and fit, but they are vain, envious, self-centered, and soul-less. However, there are people who are happy, fulfilled, and attractive even though they aren't thin or fit because what they do and how they live aligns with their values and their purpose.

For me dating while fat I felt really self conscious about myself and I would see other dudes who were fit and I felt like they were better than me and felt like the girl I was with would get tired of me. But being fit I feel better about myself my confidence is higher than it was thanks to genetics I’m 6’7 and have height to my advantage I don’t feel like that anymore and it feels good knowing that i feel a lot better about myself now

Dave Nagrom honestly I stumbled on his video as a suggestion titled something about his ex. Hearing him tell the story about ghosting his ex in such a callous way, him having a friend like this is understandable. I can’t see any women giving that dude the time a day. It’s really disgusting. I briefly admired his journey and suggested my 19 year old ASD son who is trying to bulk up and work out, to follow him until I heard that ex story and this friend telling tall tales. For me these missteps overshadow his mission. Unless our opinions and the young adults that look up to him don’t matter. He needs to hold his friend accountable. He controls the narrative on his channel.
It could be said to overcompensate for your insecurities you feel the need to over analyze less then 5 minutes of a persons conversation you don't actually know in youtube comments to gain the approval of (hopefully) women who see your attempts at pseudo psychiatry via video clip as less desirable then the poor joker in the video though they'll never say it publicly. FACTS!!! Sometimes it's just good to throw the search light on yourself to see what actually is wrong with you and not others. As a former fatty, I was 270 pounds with a 47" mid section at 6'0, my dating life in my early 20's was well...I had no dating life. All I would get were the "yuk" face and friendzoned so many times. I went with the view that if women were not attracted to my "looks" then I will focused on starting my career and attract them with my " mind," through getting my BA and then my MA. Nothing, I got no attention from women. In fact, I was a virgin up to the age of 25, lost it with a former friend who did it out of pity, her words. I moved on and continued to work on myself and reducing my weight and finishing Uni,got with my ex around that time. I then focused on getting my MA degree to go into the teaching field, while still being with my ex, and I conquered grad school and started my teaching career. Two years in my teaching career, and still being fat, I decided to work on my weight loss and focus on a low carb lifestyle, ketogenic. My weight dropped up to 185 pounds and my mid section went down to 35 inches. What happened? My ex began to have issues with my progress, and her attitude changed towards me. We broke up this year. Ok..what happened? Before COVID19, I tried speed dating, nothing happened with no matches. I tried online dating, met two women...no results nothing happened. I continue to just move on and keep remote teaching from work, I am a teacher, and continue to workout to reach a personal goal. Dating? even when I go outside, nothing happens. I get no phone numbers, nothing. You know why?? because I am not "buff" or look muscular, like you. Social dating is based on "looks", not based on going with a purpose or working towards goals. I have goals, I am working on them. If an unattractive guy, in a lot of women's eyes, keeps on working on their purpose. You know what happens to them? NOTHING! no woman giving you their number, no flirting, no talking, no nothing. It will just be a man with success in their goals and material gains, but no "receipt" when it comes to women or the one important woman. I've just learned to accept it, dating is very shallow and most, if not all, women are very superficial. I live with that, I accept it, I keep working on my purpose. BECAUSE! if I am ugly in a lot of women's eyes, I will at least enjoy life and will be working towards teaching my students, my special group of kids, and will keep enjoying life. My students are my purpose.
And no! I don't act all weak or like "oh no, I am ugly," in person or when I meet women. I try to engage them and create a fun engaging conversation. It is just that, if it is all based on looks with women, why am I going to put myself out there? When it's at a disadvantage for me. It is simple as that, looks goes over one's character, values, and even beliefs. It is what it is. I will keep progressing on my physical fitness and getting leaner, with ketogenic and my workout routine. Like I said, when it comes to women..it is what it is.

As I wanted to be a personal trainer, and tell folks all the time as I've just started to work out again, the gym or just personal fitness and eating right, in general, puts you in a whole different mindspace and vibe... knowing you're eating healthy makes you feel healthier... just knowing it.... knowing you got a good workout in, even when you don't feel like doing it, feels amazing when you are done because you pushed through with will power to make it happen, which gives you a sense of accomplishment, growth, as well as appreciation and respect for yourself.... seeing that even if you didn't feel like it you still made it happen! It does nothing but boost your confidence to know... today I ate properly...today I accomplished goals that I may not have felt like doing, but in doing so, I have grown just a little bit! As folks often expect to go to the gym for a few weeks and see a major transformation, reality is them days you don't feel like it, but make it happen, those little bits stacked atop each other add up 2 a huge difference! Where first you feel the energy, you feel the soreness, and not far behind that the results will show! You are a prime example of that!
PS.... that Friday workout is exactly what I'm talkin about, where you may not have felt like it, said you usually don't on Friday, but you made that shit happen anyway and got it in! I know you felt amazing afterwards, as you not only Built your body a touch more... you also built your mental strength!.... making it happen just because! That was a beautiful thing to show on video! My apologies for the long ass rant but keep up the great work my man! Your message, your mindset and your transformation is more inspirational than you know!
