I’m obsessed & all I want is 176 lbs from my 202-204 lbs.! But after being 341 years ago, going to 188 then back to the 245/250. No more not monitoring weight loss & progress
I am so obsessed that I used to check my weight per week. Now I’m doing it less, but more cardio, 30 minutes in the gym, 30 minutes walking dogs. I’m so passionate & others are jealous
Weigh your self then Eat two oreos and weigh your self again. Most likely it might not even go up anything, unless you drink an 12oz milk with it or eat the whole package of oreos then that scale will definitely move up. Four oreos & a 4oz to a 6oz glass of milk and im good. I used to binge if i ate one cookie or tasted one chip, if i ate anything junky i felt like i fell off my diet so i might as well go all out and start fresh tomorrow but sometimes this would repeat for days, weeks months or years by the time i knew i was way over weight. But im good with it now, do i eat "clean healthy food" i try to but every now and then i can have sum junk, and it no longer triggers a binge... Counting calories/flexible diet help me with this, but what also helped was monitoring my weight everyday, one day i weighed my self and ate a 4oz of icecream and weight my self again and the scale hardly moved, lol next day i was even down a pound. Like right now ima eat a heresy kiss and i'll be good. What also helping my weight lose is... I hardly work out hard and sweat so i decided to decrease my gallon of water to 12oz of water with my meals, i don't eat or drink between my meals and now i no longer get them high fluctuations on the scale. And i get consistent weight lose weekly and im less stressed. 👍😁 If i do drink something else besides water it could be a coke, diet coke, tea, coffee or anything but i keep it at 8oz's or under with my meals, This has helped a lot. Sum might say "oh your just losing water weight" well i guess i lost 90 pounds of water weight in 2019 then 😆

I'm back on track! Started at 265 in 2019. Lost 68 pounds intermittent fasting but then after some very depressing events in my life July last year I fell off... Got to drinking 3 x 20oz red bulls a day plus other soda's, eating candy and milkshakes... Having no self control and then dwelling on my bad behavior causing more medicated eating.. :( I was again in a bad place.... I even started taking my wife down with me bringing her bad foods... pain comes back... skin issue... sleep problems... smaller clothes get too tight again.... and I was too scared to even LOOK at the scale... Once in a while I would get motivated for a day and then still fail to sugar temptations making everything worse... like doubling down over the fail. The few days I would walk, it was only 1.5 miles and I'd have to stop. I knew it had to change and I longed for the feeling of energy , motivation and self confidence again... so I told myself 2020 will be the first year of the rest of my healthy life. I looked at the scale January 1st and I was at 217. I gained almost 20 pounds from this bad eating for 5 months. Only 20! I lost 65 before! I can do it no problem! Now Im back to intermittent fasting and about 3 mile walk a day. Eating better, feeling better, less pain and its only been about a week. Today on the scale I was at 204. 13 pounds lower just clearing that crap out of me and getting back on track a week. So much better... and now I cant wait to get down below 200 even though it will be more work :) I only have so many years left, in fact I almost died in a car wreck last year so you never know... why live those years in bad health? Why wait... every year I have left can be a year I am healthy and confident and capable of anything. Or I can keep putting it off, making it harder and harder... and if I DO succeed... I have even less years left to enjoy it... I gotta get in it quick! So I can enjoy all my hard work for years to come! :)

Loved this video. This is how you lose weight. Run it off!!!!! You see all he did was play ball. And he loved doing it. I still say there is no better exercise to make you ripped and strong than sprinting hills. You don't need any weights and you don't have to watch your diet. Stop drinking soda. Make your own cheeseburgers and fries and eat lots of steak. Once or twice during the week you have to push your body to the "OMG I'm Gonna Die" point and then do one more. Don't matter what it is. Weights never let you get to this point before injuring yourself. Train to exhaustion. When you pick up your waterbottle you will barely have enough strength to hold it steady. Anybody leaving the gym feeling all giddy and happy just wasted their day.

Fat loss is so simple I know a trainer who got big during his college days eating straight tuna and noodles, a homeboy at my gym that lost fat and gained muscle on crap food but at a deficit. And for two and a half straight weeks I ate nothing but Chipotle at a deficit and the lost 10 lb myself. Weight loss itself is a multimillion-dollar industry and motherfukers like to overcomplicate shit in order to stay in their occupation and sell you a program. Just do me the goddamn favor do 45 minutes everyday on the step master and lift weights everyday a different muscle group and stay at a calorie deficit and you'll lose that shit.

6’4” currently 245. Been going hard for about 3 weeks. Trying to get in shape for the army. Leaving February 24th for basic. Just been grinding cardio. Too scared to go to the gym and can’t afford equipment. So been doing lots of pushups. Sit-ups and other things to try and gain muscle with no equipment.
No worries bro, your weight is ok with your height. Accept you're big, the army needs heavy guys.
I lost 45lbs last year. Going for 50lbs this year maybe even more!

Hey bro, I'm a 13 year old trying my hardest to lose weight and gain muscle but at the moment I feel stuck. I used to be 195 - 198, now I'm 175 - 178 but I still don't love myself. I feel stuck at the moment, I don't know what to eat, I don't know how to properly build muscle, I don't know how to properly lose fat. I'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle before the summer so I could be comfortable enough to go out and not feel insecure. I beg you to guidance me through out this process bro. I need your help more than anything.
This exercise called burpees look into it buddy. Dont stop, get it

Intermittent fasting - thank me later
Anyone trying to lose weight, I recommend the church’s chicken diet. Just order an 8 piece spicy, and buy your favorite soft toilet tissue.
