Lae'zel 12 Battlemaster Fighter, Gale 12 Evocation Wizard, Astarion 8 Swords Bard/4 Battlemaster Fighter, Shadowheart 12 Light Cleric (everyone had the Alert feat). Had Gale cast Hold Monster on Raphael and Lae'zel put the Illithid Haste Bubble next to Raphael as well. Lae'zel and Astarion killed Raphael turn 1.

@PurplexFlex0316 Thanks, I was super nervous of Raphael in Honor Mode and after that Hold Monster landed I was like "OH, ok then lol"
600+ hours and Pally still thinks that Illithid fly takes bonus action
Yes, indeed advantage on Constitution Saves includes Concentration since it uses your Constitution modifier. If you wanted (but certainly not needed) a feat in the same vein you could take Resilient in CON to add your proficiency bonus (+4 at this level) to CON saves as well. With both the amulet and proficiency in Con you would make Concentration saves with +10 and advantage.
You have an illithid power that heals a target and increases the damage they receive by double. Combine it with mind sanctuary and action surge. Raphael can be held by mages with Hold Monster, and I did the Enlarge with sword and enlarge via spell combination. I was hitting him for over 120 damage with each strike.
I know there's an interaction in this fight where if you silence Raphael it'll stop the music because he's the one singing it, but that wasn't the case here because it stopped before that. Then I thought it was because he transformed, but not it either. You were right, the music stopped at 15:36, the exact moment Dungen stepped out of the room. I didn't know that affected that.
Edit: Also, you should really consider putting nails in Astarion's boots.

Yurgir is one of the most fun allies to have in the final fight. Almost enough to make you forget what he was doing to that displacer beast and those bodies in the underdark...
4x hasted, dex focused open palm monks with 4 levels in thief(for the extra bonus action) with alert, tavern brawler and giant elixirs up, you can kill everything in the first turn, ignoring the pillars, and still have actions to use. Just having 1 monk feels like a cheat. Equipment makes them deadlier but its optional tbh.
Awesome strategy. Although you could have given Hope Sanctuary before pulling SH back.
Larian studios thought the fight was going to go faster so they didn't even start the soundtrack

So the shield was one the two best in the game with AC +3, but Larian thought it was unbalanced so they patched into a normal shield.
Vice is drops the best shield. Hope gave you the op monk gloves if she lives. She can also conjure a legendary mace for you.

Truth be told, after I've seen your fight vs Orin, I just knew Raphael won't cause issues, but that he almost oneshot a 23 toughness Shadowheart is still a worthy deed
My honormode party was durge ranger hunter(was bestmaster untill lvl 11) wo has my main aoe dmg daler with the legandary bow and 27 ac i had Astarion as way of open hand monk to destroy anything that moves Karlach was warlock sorcerer with 1 lvl of bard eldich canon that I improved by useing items that give you shock stacks and arcane sinergy so eldrich blast powers up offhand hand crossbow to do some grait free dmg and lastly shadowhard with my knight of holy spoor buld I made what is spoor druid(lvl 7) outh of devotion (lvl 5) dual wield build frotline summoner she was able to make army of zombies+ dirad and her wooden boyfiend the bulid was basicly and inpenetreble wall death with good dmg and utility
Generaly the party was made so I can take mutible fights a day without woring about spellslots and helth as i could just kill anything easely without having to take long resets as i limited them to 3 per act and i was perfeclty fine it was kinda funy seeing how staff at the camp just dasnt have a chance to triger as you dont long rest

As you discovered recruiting Yurgir often ends in Korilla's death so I don't do it at this point. There's also a very easy way to keep Hope alive...globe of invulnerability. A single scroll would do the trick, you just cast it centered on her near the beginning of the fight as her initiative is shit and she's usually near the end of the turn order. The radiant retort doesn't affect anyone in the globe, either, so you can use her divine intervention nuke against the whole room without having her explode in the process.
