I saved it. I also tested if you can reaquire it and unfortunately that has been patched.
damn I did not know Karlach is actually a moth
for the song of rest, will playing trigger the deaths of the dwarves in the underdark?
I and literally everyone I know play either half elves or humans I have never even once online seen someone playing a gith except UA-camrs
I had a blast playing an Orpheus aligned Githyanki Monk. The one thing I didn't like about it, though, is if you want to save Orpheus, the MC has to become a Mind Flayer, which didn't fit my class fantasy at all. I played the entire game avoiding MF powers and then had to go "all in" at the end.
@@constantinvaldor2281 I’m hoping that’s not the case anymore because god I don’t like mindflayers and I’ve spent the whole game avoiding it like the plague I got like a few skills out the tree but flat turned down the upgrades from the emperor in good without the whole face tentacles thank you very much lol
@@spookieboogi6161 There is a way to convince Karlach to become a Mind Flayer, but even though she was in my party when I freed Orpheus, I was still forced to take it. Not sure if I did something wrong, or if it was because I was a Gith. This was in Patch 5, so maybe it has changed.
@@constantinvaldor2281 I hope so because I love the game and I was already angry and not being able to control my urge for Elfira my heart broke she showed up at camp said she wanted to follow me I was so happy then… well urge stuff happened and now I’m stuck going why are we here? Just to suffer?
Does the immovable buff also persist through long rest?
Dumb question but don't you need the Gith healer alive to use the zaithisk ? But you need to loot the amulet from her corpse ? Or am I missing something?
You can still use the Zaithisk without the healer!
If you pass the deception or performance role after the zaithisk explodes, she'll stay in the room and you can kill her then.
@@Toyhouze Couldn’t you just pickpocket the amulet from her?
@@KaijuKrusader1 Tried but it wasn't there. Makes sense though - she must be wearing it.
@@Toyhouze Ah…okay. It’s just that Laezel is in my party and I doubt she’ll go for me killing the Gith healer before using the Zaithisk.
There’s another lamp at the Zhent hideout Act 1
It's so weird seeing Aylin as a girl. I've never played without the Ser Aylin mod
Adamantine scimitar best for dual wield? Double shadow blade with resonance stone wants some words.
What is that weapon at 14:59?
too bad Karlach's line isn't "I LOVE LAMP" :)
There are more ingame lamps which have the same dialogue!
Yea, none of these are newly found out. The boots exploit is the only recent thing and that's something that'll be taken out of the game eventually. Everything else we already knew.
quite the abrupt end
Still no way to save that poor chicken?
That lamp is not unique to act 3, theres one on act 1 too, i believe its on the hag cabin or on the ruined village, not sure.
I wish you could get a companion to use the gith machine... I usually max Gale out with Tadpole skills so would be great if I could get him to do it but nope.
havent tried it myself, but have you tried moving every party member away from the machine except gale?
if you need a specific party member to talk to someone this is usually the best way to do it.
@@Sletchman weird, i've tried changing the controlled character when using it but it keeps reverting to my main character.
@@DngnRdr have you tried having your character be in another room when an NPC uses it
Can you do an underdark / mountain passage video ?
There are paintings of all the DOS2 origin characters, why pick only Ifan?
I've seen those oil lamps twice before. I can't remember where the other was, but I found one in the Zhentarim hideout under Waukeen's Rest.
How tf you have Cloak of protection in act 1 meanwhile it sale by a npc in Last Light Inn in act 2?
You can still go back to act 1 after LLI.
@@TheJayman760if you go to act 2, the goblin will raid the grove. No more quest in goblin camp
No exp for that trick with chest
Eeeh
massive amount of force damage proceeds to do 3 dmg to everyone around .. lol
that beard shampoo sound like manhood free
I like how you can pronounce Githyanki perfectly but you can’t pronounce Shea 😅
13:37 wth was the point of the lamp
9:40 Wait, you can go back to act 1 from act 2?
Yep, it's super simple. Just teleport to the other zone.
awesome video
Can you not pickpocket the amulet off the ghustil?
It’s probably considered worn, it’s like how you can’t take their main weapon because they are using it
