My 90-year-old downstairs neighbor invited herself in a while ago, and toured my entire apartment. I wondered what she would think of the black walls in the bedroom, and all the weird stuff... but she oooohed and aaaahhed her way through everything and said it was the prettiest home she had ever seen 🙂

Wisconsin has The House on the Rock. DEFINITELY worth the trip there. I spent 3 days going through that place. It defies explanation but basically it's like your apartment but on steroids, lol. They have SO MUCH old stuff from every walk of life. A gigantic carousel made up of antique wooden horses...I could go on and on. Honestly, look it up online and take a gander at their site. The House blows the mind. I think it's my favorite place on the planet. You want lots and lots of old weird shit it's the place to go.
I always get along better with old people 😂. But what you said about people not wanting kids..well, agreed. If you don't want kids don't have them at all. I had a shitty child hood with drug addict parents and I promised myself that I would be a better mom than my own. I'm glad to say that I am a better mom than my own and I'm glad that I broke the cycle and my children won't live feeling unloved and unwanted.
They shouldn't make fun of Brody. I'm sad to hear people are doing that. I love the video's and the styl of you both. Sending you 2 much love from the other side of the world❤(Holland)
Totally agree with you about children. People should have a good enough reason as well as enough resources to give a child before they are allowed to have one.
I also collect religious stuff, some people get very confused when they come to my house because I'm an atheist. You'd love the "capela do Santo Cristo" in my hometown's cathedral (Galicia, Spain). It's a 14th century 2 meter gothic Christ effigy with real nails, teeth, hair and beard. He sits in a head to toe gold ornate chapel inside the cathedral. Legend says its hair grows, which adds to the creepy factor!
Wisconsin has Mars Cheese Castle which is a place that sells bizarre cheeses and has a statue of a mouse. It also sells wine and other alcohol. I love that place!
Mmm, October Noir you say - I think you've mentioned them before, I will definitely check them out. :) Interesting about the marine biology thing, I've always fancied that myself - we share a love of sharks!
I don't know why people feel the need to insult you because you are delightful also Brodie is such a chill person. People try to make themselves feel better by knocking others down. I live in Minnesota been to Wisconsin a couple times Madison is fun at least it was a few years ago they have a goth club and free museums.

I’m a 51 year old mother of 2 grown children and I’ve always loved motherhood but, I respect people who don’t want children…I agree with you about the whole thing about people who had kids but we’re so unhappy. My daughter is a 25 year old grad student who is graduating in May with her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. She had a 3 year relationship but, after that breakup people were always trying to set her up and she says…please stop because I’m only interested in my own life, career, …I don’t have any desire to be in a relationship and I don’t even have a desire to have kids. People automatically assume that she’s a lesbian and it’s hurtful how people are so judgmental 😢
I know you don't usually use traditional sewing patterns, what is your method for drafting something to work with? It seems to come so naturally to you. I sew as well, it's always interesting to see other people's processes.

I get in trouble in fabric stores. I have enough fabric to continue to sew till I die. (I'm a septuagenarian.) My favorite trim is barbed wire made out of leather. It startles people!

I was 13 when i decided i wasn't having kids. My previous homes were not child proof & my family with kids knew that & kept their ankle biters away. This was a fun listen, very engaging persoality and descriptive ways of explaining things. To give a little explanation about Type O Negative though and this is purely just for simple educational purposes. This is not about the quality of their work, they are arguably one of the best bands ever, no doubt. But the reason why they aren't considered "goth" is because they don't play goth rock, they actually started out as a Thrash Metal band (mainly because Peter Steele still had influence from his old band "Carnivore" whom were Thrash Metal) and then they changed to Gothic Metal with the occasional Doom Metal thrown in,
But Gothic Metal is not a subgenre of goth, it's actually a subgenre of Metal. Take the metal guitar riffs but include some classical elements like the piano, keyboard (used as a backing soundscape), or organ, maybe a choir and boom, you've got the Gothic Metal sound and that is what Type O Negative did when they changed sounds.
Anyway just thought I'd give an explanation.Type O Negative are amazing,they just aren't referred to as goth because they didn't make goth music. And subsequently since you did mention October Noir, they are the same, playing the Gothic-Metal/Doom-Metal style like their clear inspiration Type O Negative did. You can say they're carrying the torch that Type O Negative lit (I mean this in a good way btw haha).
Aside from that, totally feel the desire to see old architect. I have yet to travel to Europe but I would love to visit places like Germany, Ireland, and the Czech Republic just to take in the old style architect that are present in these places, especially the castles and manors.

You've said before that you're a nice person. Yet, here you are, bragging about the pleasure you get from spiting your neighbor over an implied request that would've been easy for you to accommodate. Would you explain to me, please, how niceness and spitefulness go together?
I don't think you understand what bragging is. She is not bragging, just stating that she does this to bring her a bit of joy to do a harmless thing to a neighbor who is not kind to her to begin with? Just because someone can be nice does not mean they can not be spiteful, nobody ever across anything is one thing one hundred percent of the time.
I would say with near certainty that even the nicest person on earth is not nice 100% of the time. That would be impossible, but does not mean that overall they are not a nice person. Also, the nature of opinions is that we are all allowed to have them. For instance, you are allowed to have the opinion that I am not a nice person, even though I generally think that I am. And I am allowed to disagree with your definitions of "spite" and "bragging". You seem to make comments not knowing the whole of a lot of the situations I talk about (and of course, how could you? I haven't said the whole entirety of the backstories of many of the things you take exception to. But perhaps you should think about the fact that there is probably more to the situations than you're aware of). I reiterate that opinions are very individual and anyone is allowed to have ANY opinion on ANY topic. However like a nice person, I will keep my opinions to myself.

And, don't worry about hurting my feelings. I'm a big girl with my own sense of self. As long as you render your opinion well, I won't take offense and I will fairly consider your position. If you render your opinion poorly, I still won't take offense, as another person's communicative shortcomings are no reflection on my character.

She was obviously not bragging but simply replying to a question that was asked for the purpose of this question and answer video.
If she had in fact gone out of her way to make a video specifically about spiting her neighbor without it being a prompted question - then perhaps I would agree with your poor understanding of the word spiteful but alas, you are just simply spouting crap to essentially hear yourself talk.
