Don't forget your feet will change with each pregnancy as well. Instead of my feet getting wider they got longer. I went from a 9.5 size shoe to a 10.5- after two pregnancies. So, if you are looking at a pair of shoes that might be an investment- like a super expensive pair of boots or heels and planning on getting pregnant in the next year- then don't buy them. More than likely they won't fit after the pregnancy.
The secret is split ends chopping and seasonal trims that will make your hair grow more and you won't have split ends also, i do this i also apply a combination of oils which is coconut oil,mustard oil,olive oil amla oil, and any other oils which are available before every hair wash,the other thing we should not wash hair frequently we can wash it weekly or if someone has greasy hair in 3 days then they can wash with 3 days gap, also we should leave oil in hair for about 2 or 3 hours not overnight because it will break hair follicles and after washing the hair we should not use hair dryers to dry the hair everytime we can use them when it's important or like if we don't have time or we have go to somewhere urgently so then we can use but still try to use a low heat setting so it won't damage the hair, otherwise leave them in a soft or microfiber towel then leave them like that so they dry on their own, what is the main thing we need to be careful with is that all of us must have an essential oil which is used by our moms on our hair since childhood,what we should do with that is that we should never stop using those oils like if someone's mother uses coconut oil on them and now they have grown up they should continue that oil till the end because that's the main power house which will definitely maintain our scalp and hair health.

put some deodorant on your feet, it will help to reduce the sweat :)
