I have two sets of these and I reset the bulbs and the remotes to try to fix them after one set stopped working and now neither will pair. Very frustrating. Anything else I can try?

BECARFUL！ MINE always have problem, I have to turn off and on light manually in order for the remote to work, and sometimes I even have to reset it in order for the remote to work again.... what is wrong with this product

Can I connect 12 Mittled 18” lights to this one remote control? Each light is 5 Watts. The video shows 10 light bulbs to one light, but it looks like those light bulbs are wireless so I’m not sure if it’s different. Thank you!

did you use the ikea battery or did you get one from somewhere else? i cant get mine to pair since i got a new battery
@@maybevanesa9819 I used the IKEA PLATTBOJ battery but any CR2032 battery will work.

For ppl who are confused you have to light your lightbulb then nearly touch the light bulb while pressing the link button for 10seconds. It's supposed to shade then it'll change to another color and it's finally linked.
does this require a wireless driver or hub?

@@TheBrownpink sometimes you have to unplug and plug the light again for it to come pro, just time consuming.
I agree. Ive had to get 3 different remotes in the past 2 years because they randomly stop working. Even with brand new batteries. They also unpair from the light constantly

AVOID THIS PRODUCT
I have two bulbs and one remote. They worked for about three months and now they will not sync at all. I have reset bulbs and reset remote control several times and they just will not respond. I’ve changed battery is still no difference.
If this isn't working for you. Try changing the battery even if it's "new". I bought a new replacement remote on Amazon bc I lost mine. It wouldn't work, changed the battery to a non amazon one and it paired.
I have the led lamps and they used to sync with the controller but now they wont sync at all..and we are talking about 5 lamps here, none syncing...Any suggestions?

Removed and replaced battery, then pressed and held link button inside remote until bulb responded. Don't stick to the wall, or you will have difficulty opening cover on back of remote. You will also leave at least part of the adhesive patch on the wall.
Dude they come with a magnetic thingy that you attach to the wal, so you can take the puck out
that sticker on the back of your new Duracell battery. You gotta remove it for it to work.

Now get the remote within 3 inches of the bulb, then press and hold until the color changes on the bulb. DO NOT LET GO until the color changes, you'll see it dim and get brighter, but don't let go. After what feels like longer than 10 seconds, it will flash brightly then the bulb will change to a warmer color. NOW it's paired.
