Can you sync the remote to a new bulb if one needs replacing?

I can't answer with 100% certainty but I do think that these remotes and bulbs are pretty universal. 1 remote will control the whole box so I am assuming if one purchased 2 boxes or more that the same remote would control all the bulbs.

How do we charge these? Mind doesn’t have the usb port where I can connect. Is there another way to charge it?

I do not believe it has an internal timer so it will stay on until it exhausts the battery

When you use the bulb in an emergency, can you use it on the light fixture on the ceiling? Does the light switch have to be on?

yes, if you search my channle for "rechargeable light bulb" you'll see other videos I have done...1 specifically shows the bulbs in a ceiling fixture and I cut the power at the breaker box and the bulbs stay on. The newest video I've done actually charge from the base while the light is on (or you can use the USBC cable )which is super handy
