You need to find something and stick with it! Talk to the vet. It is not good for them or cats to keep switching up food. Rips their stomachs up adjusting to the changes! Find a brand maybe that has different flavor options. You can switch it up that way but the basic "mix" being the same company stays the same. Don't trend with your animal. Find established ones that are vet recommended. Saves you and your pet stress and heath issues when the trending fails in 2 years! Your pet should not be used as a guinea pig. Supplements can always be added to a good base food if needed. She is such a pretty dog!! Doing great with her!
Hey Jess just wanted to quickly say that the seatbelt you have for honey will work but a better option would be to find one that can go up top more like by the head rest or something because if something were to happen like even a rear end it would not be as safe for her because it could get jammed in the seatbelt lock so just wanted to let you know hope this helps bye

Just wanted to quickly comment about thinking about getting Honey a raised dog bowl! It's alot easier on their neck and throat to eat their food at more of their shoulder height!
Not saying that's why she isn't interested in her food, doodles are notoriously picky lol

And may help with bloat!!

For the yellow grass, Add Breyers yeast to her diet. that will cut down the the acidity in the urine.That is what causes the grass to turn yellow.
Or "dog rocks" in her water!
you should get honey a collar with her name, your phone number and her vets phone number on it. in case she ever gets lost, that way people will know she isn't a stray

I just wanted to say that you should start not allowing Honey to get up onto the counters with command words like off and come to me. I have a dog exactly like Honey and he is 4 years old now and he has been doing that so much that he started, around when he was getting big, to jump up on the counters and grab stuff off of it like food or tissues. Love your videos Jesss! I hope you can follow this advice!
Female dog urine is super high in acidity. We used to water down the grass right after they go potty to help break up the concentration. I would recommend looking at ways that her food intake may impact that! But definitely do more research to see what would be best for Honey 💛
You can make fruit leather in a food dehydrator. Puréed strawberries are my favorite and are like a natural fruit roll up
And for something more convenient, the Bear fruit rolls are also a good option. They only have puréed fruit and nothing else in them.
If you want to take chemical dyes from the kids diet, buy British candy actually made in the UK, as we can’t use bad dye, only natural dyes. British smarties which are like a better version of M&Ms are much more natural colours.
Keep un mind she may be teething and loosing her puppy teeth. They lose them up till about 6 months old and that can cause them to be picky and not eat
Try the Fruit by the Foot at Costco. They don't have food dye in them! The ones at our grocery store still have dye, but for some reason, the Costco ones don't.
Hi! So happy to see Honey out and about. You guys should consider getting her a collar with your information on it in case she ever roams off or something while you are away from home or if she escapes from the house! (telling you from personal experience unfortunately!)

You can get these dog harness that have a place for the leash in the front of the chest and in the back of the neck for training dogs. The front part is for training and the back is non training, for when your dog is already trained on the leash.
For the doggy seatbelt get one that attaches to your head rest it can break your seat belt buckle you’re doing an amazing job as a puppy mom!!🩷
Honey is so adorable. Add warm water to her kibble add some wet dog food that compliments the kibble. I’ve fed my dogs that way forever. 🐾
For Red dye, it doesn’t actually cure the ADHD is just lessens the ADHD “symptoms”- too much sugar can do the same thing
Most sugar has red dye in it.
Hi Jess! Call me crazy but I make my dog's wet food. I know it sounds like a lot but I make a big batch and then freeze out individual portions. I collaborated with my vet to come up with the right proportions of grain to meat to veggie. And then I add in half a cup of kibble per meal because the kibble has some of those minerals and vitamins that I may not necessarily have with the wet food. Hope this helps!

when going on walks try slowly enforcing for her to walk beside you and not infront of you , she is still young but this will help her behavior when out in public in the future.
my dogs don't do raw but use fresh pet they really like it would recomend we top their dry food with the fresh pet
Hi I have 4 dogs 1 is a similar breed too honey they need crunchies to help with teeth they can get buildup on their teeth they can get it either way, but crunchies help prevent it and a bit of raw food maybe three times a week is perfect ❤
My dog was the same with kibble as a pup so a tip is boil some skinless chicken and smush it with the kibble with Ur fingers Adding a few teaspoons of the chicken broth also.

I’m a vet tech and our vets do NOT recommend a raw diet. We recommend Hills science diet, Royal Canin, or Purina Pro Plan. All those diets have been tested and scientifically proven to meet dog’s nutritional needs!

Our vet and a few of my former students who are now vets also say no to the raw diet. They also recommend the above brands but above all, make sure the food is NOT grain free.
Of course they do lol, but it's all crap... Raw is best.

I will say as far as spring break goes, I live in Augusta GA, so we (and surrounding counties) have our spring break during Master's week so everyone can avoid traffic and get out of town if they please. A lot of people rent out their houses as well. I like it, because our break is later in the beginning of April, so it's a little bit warmer.
just a little tip make her sit when you put on a harnass or collar mainly because she gets big you don't wanna have her jump up when she is older in all happiness of going for a walk or on the road also don't talk baby talk (or high pitch voice) as it creates excitement wich can cause her to jump up
Try to be super careful with dog to dog interaction on lead. A lot of dog to dog reactivity comes from meeting dogs on lead. As the lead limits their ability to escape or feel safe if needed.
Go try farmers dog food you can freeze it refrigerated. They design to your dogs and cats my mother in law used to use it but it's a lil bit pricey but healthy for your pets love ya Jess n kiddos
My dog does not like to eat her food and she is also a golden doodle and I put fish oil in her food and now she is crying for more food so I would say try adding fish oil to her kibble. Hope this helps!💕
my dogs were on various kibbles/dry foods for the first 3 years of their lives and they kept having skin allergies/ear infactions etc, so we decided to put them on a raw diet and all I can say is that it's the best decision we made! all allergies and infections stopped, their teeth are perfect, they LOVE the food and the have so much energy! they're both 12 this year (in july) and they've never had any health issues since being on raw! obviously this won't be the same for all dogs, but mine are cockapoos, so have the poodle in common with honey! only thing is, if youre going raw, you need to make sure you do it right! many dont and thats why raw gets a bad rep. i hope that helped!
Greek yogurt in her diet will stop the burn marks in your lawn. 1 teaspoon in her meals. It’s worked a treat for us x

I feed my dog mostly cooked pork loins. I buy a huge one. Cook it low and slow so it’s not over done. Chop into chunk slices that I freeze and thaw 7 pieces a day in fridge for week. I microwave to just make not frozen and chop up so no choking and mix with high protein kibble. Yes it’s Costco. But whatever. So he gets a mix of good with ok
We feed fresh, our dog eats basically what we eat for dinner minus some adjustments like boiled chicken versus pan fried chicken, most veggies my dog can eat most fish my dog can eat just really no seasoning so I just take her portion out before everybody else’s. She’s also a big fan of brown rice, quinoafruit I think it’s on preference of the dog. We’ve also found cheaper to feed fresh than it is other foods.
Try using a food topper. I use the squeeze packet baby food that is just vegetables with no other ingredients. Mix that with her food and she might like it better. It’s also totally normal to try multiple kids of kibble to find one she likes. Raw diets can be extremely hard and cause other problems
I'm a vet tech and as one we don't recommend Raw diets. The biggest advice I can give is never ever give human food. As for diets depends on your dog's likes and dislikes. The Purina pro plan seems to be most popular with your dogs breed I'd try that to start
All dogs do that when they have a preference of food. My dogs didn’t like the kibble I was giving them once they tasted a different brand so i had to switch. I wasn’t even the one to give it to them lol they stole it from a bowl of my moms dogs food ha one thing I would advise if for the harness get a thicker one since she’s a bigger dog in case she pulls when excited. They are better on their skin and in my opinion easier to put on. I have never seen that with grass, I’ve had dogs my whole life it’s so interesting. What happened to Mangos set up? It’s looks bare. Is that from the lump?
Hey! I’ve been a dog mom for over two years now. I’m extremely picky about what my dog eats and I’ve been feeding her the target brand Kindfull since she was about four months old. She loves it and she is very healthy. She has an amazing shiny coat, great teeth and great weight. They have puppy kibble and food older dogs. I switch her food flavor every time I buy more to keep her interested in her food. They also have healthy treats and wet food. I haven’t found any other brand that I like that is affordable.
I just wanted to point out that sometimes with some dogs they can get stomach issues and have diarrhea if you are 100% raw food. With my dogs (two 60lb black lab bully mix for reference) I give them half a cup of raw food and a full cup of kibble. The raw food is not canned, I get it from a brand called farmers dog. They have been on it for two months and I have seen no issues. You can 110% add in vitamins and any other stuff in with kibble if you would like. But overall everything comes down to the type of dog. Obviously my dogs are very different than Honey and she will probably end up bigger than them so try out different options and ask your vet as well!
Also! A little tip for you… celery is actually very good for dogs and it is a natural toothbrush!

I feed my mini Aussie 4 times a. Day small increments. I do cook egg few times a week. But four small meals. I had to write it out for my vet. None of my crew are fat. It’s been working. Knock on wood. Science diet. I hope mango gets well soon ! You’re doing great with your pup. I’m very curious with lizards. Tho. They prob didn’t let the stuff hold on his hair. My grandma was a beautician. Wow. His hair looked great. Def the product too. ❤❤❤

You should make a puppy pad use 2x4s and build it up above grass and get a pad of fake grass put it on top of plywood with plastic over teach the dog to only go on that in a corner of the yard it’s super easy to just spray the grass off and easy to pick up the poop

Also I know honey is still quite young but ask your vet to do a allergy test and it will show what she is allergic to and what not to feed her
We don’t feed out dogs raw but we do top there food like what you did. Ours is just any chicken off of our rotisserie chickens and a bunch of veggies.
We used to feed raw and were alwahs allowed to switch straight to so last kibble at night then switch to raw the next day

Food colour wise if you go to a UK import shop lots of food dyes used in the US are illegal in the UK so all the sweeties in the UK import shop should be safe for Landen.
Also girl dogs are particularly bad for burning the grass with their pee, watering it after they pee helps neutralise the urine to stop it burning the grass 😊

Dogs have supplements. My neighbors have given her dog. I just water the heck out of ours. Pick out the dead grass etc. every ones different.
There’s stuff you can put on your yard that helps . Female dogs kill the grass it’s the hormones , never had this issue with my boy dogs

I have 8 dogs and have been rasing for a while and puppy chow is a awsome food brand and then when they get older it is called dog chow
My standard poodle eats Maev and loves it. I’ve noticed such a difference in his breath, coat and energy.
You can add a gravel area where you can teach her to only go on that. It’s good because it looks no yellow spots and it’s easily to spot poo.
I would recommend an elevate dog food / water dish :) It helps my pets with digestion.
I wouldn’t recommend a raw food diet for any dog, a little raw meat as a treat once in a while is fine but it’s not completely ideal for a every day diet also something that is good is raw eggs including the shell once and a while is very good for dogs

I Want To Give You Some Advice My Sister Had A Bearded Dragon And She Had To Take Him To The Vet Because His Tail Was Infected And They Didn't Do Anything For His And They Said That They Take In Reptiles But They Lied They Didn't Take Care Of Reptiles And His Tail Got Worser And It Started Rotting So She Took Him To A New Vet In Long Beach And Then Were So Good With Him They Sent Him Home With A Bunch Of Medicine For Tail And It Got Worser And They Appetaed Part Of His Tail And They Told My Sister That That Wouldn't Happened If The Other Vet What They Were Soppossed To Do And My Sister Loved This New Vet.
We do taste of the wild. We add native powdered bone broth with water. Our goldendoodle really likes it.
There are several friuts and veggies that you give dogs in moderation and they love it.
I did the same with my son and me and everyone else noticed how big of a difference in made lol it’s great we love being dye free

The longest living dogs in the world have been vegan. There's lots of vegan dog food out there like Natural Balance, VDog, Wild Earth, etc. Our dog will be six soon and he's been vegan since we got him at age two, he's very healthy and happy!
A few product recommendations: kurgo harness (crash tested) for the car and then a seatbelt strap that hooks to the metal carseat hooks instead of clicking into the seat belt. I also recommend two hounds design for a cute new harness since she’s outgrowing her current harness

The only advice I can give you for your animals is make sure you give them filtered water. From a water bottle from your refrigerator from a gallon jug just do not give them water from your sink unless you have a filtered tap. My dog was healthy as a horse and I eight years old she started having seizures thousands of dollar spent found out it was our water from our tap, please give your animals filtered water just like you get to yourself and your children.
I would talk to the vet. Your vet can help with finding what food. I would say maybe try high quality kibble mixed. Someone else also said a brand that has different flavors. Doodles are picky eaters.

Jess, when she pulls stop dead in your tracks and keep that leash tight until she relaxes. Do this each time she pulls and she should catch on that pulling equals stopping. 😉 Also, teach her hand signals to go with voice commands. Ie, a fist for sit and a stop hand to stay. This is extremely useful very much later on if she loses her hearing like our 14yr old collie. Good luck with the training, it does seem to be going very well. 😊🐾

i have been a dog mom for 12 years im 12 years old so my insider life so fare then dogs stop eating there food they are sick of it so we like to do 3 diff dog food and brands each day they get of of the 3 foods and we go back and forth be twen foods
For having sweets (candy) without red dye I recommend British sweets. The UK have very strict rules and most sweets don't have artificial colours or flavours
you can can vitamin to help your dog not to kill your grass I went through the same thing.
Raw feeding for dogs can be iffy. Always check with your vet before committing to it. Everything I’ve heard about raw feeding comes down to the breed and if they really need it. If you stick with kibble there are plenty of additives like different vitamins you can mix it as well as bone broth and wet food. Eggs, coconut oil, sardines and chicken feet are great additives for kibble. There’s plenty of information out there so I would recommend doing research based on honeys breed!
All dyes are bad. Not just red. However, adhd can also be from mthfr gene mutation or com t genetic mutation. You could get him tested.

With Honey's food you can pour water over her food to soften it. Put it in with the new. It won't hurt her.
Omg Landons hair so stinking cool, also yes red dye can be tied to hyper activity and not great in general but having seen hyper kids (diagnosed and not on all sorts of diets) has never seemed to help there levels of hype
rose bushes you cant really kill, there is times and ways to cut but the are almost weed like (as long as not grafterd, like a standered rose) youll be fine, hedges if not cut, can get woody and then grow to far and if you cut back to hard they never re-bush as well, cut less more often

You need a car rated harness to buckle her in. A regular harness will just break if you were to get into an accident.
IT’s recommended to only be feeding your pets American College of Veterinary Nutrition (ACVN) approved dog food. You can find a list on their website. Raw diets and specifically grain free foods are statistically & clinically proven to cause cardiomyopathies in dogs. Please do your research, you’re their advocate!
