One thing I learnt that has helped me when I’ve lost someone important is to realise that the person you lost didn’t make you feel the love you felt, it was you. You created that love and you made them the centre of it but really it was you.

I just went through a breakup recently and it was my first to be honest , it was heartbreaking , i would forget abt her while I worked but once I was alone images of her smiling , laughing would creep inside and make me feel like dying , well I really didnt understand what I should be doing , I was very confused wether I should just go back to her or stay the hell away but this video , it gave me a spark of hope that things are going to be alright eventually , it made me realise that maybe yes she was the most pretty girl I've ever met , both facially and heart wise but maybe it's time for her to go and time for me to move on :) thanks for the video iman ! went through my breakup for ten months now, I must say it has been a two hard years journey and I am just not chasing anymore and more just working on myself and what legacy I should leave for my kids.... people call it dry spell, I call it the Time that Healed both relationship trauma and all was caused on my in my childhood. I am ready to build my world and not chasing but knowing what should I do to be inspired.

I lost the girl that I’ve only ever felt love for and it was an actual relationship. I’m 20 and it’s hard to get her out of my head knowing she’s with someone else and she doesn’t love me anymore, but knowing that she did just by the look in her eyes when we laid together is killing me.
Remember it has happened to all of us men. It is painful but we get back up and continue.

I went through a 4 year relationship break up in my early 20s and it was the hardest thing ever but I used it as fuel to better myself and my situation. I had my ups and downs along the way but it paid off. I’m now in my 30s happily married. Every time I look back at my past I’m glad it happened because I grew from it.
