100% agree...Essential Information. Truly Har breaking it down and well edited, answering all of the essential spraying info. This is another must save video. Bravo
Thanks Har and Chris still great and useful information in 2023. During the end of season is there any spraying recommended for our area, especially since the heat has been extreme and humidity I noticed a black stickiness on the end of where leaves would grow on the stem and am unsure if just copper is okay for it. Planning to move it also to a different place in my yard. It is a Peach Cobbler, would love to up pot it and sell it to get more dwarfed cultivars. Walter Zill even said to try a Pickering they were tasty. I wonder what you all think would be good for a typical HOA Zero lot line yard. I am tempted to grow the Peach Cobbler up to replace our Strangler fig messy shade tree. 😂
Great and informative video and very much appreciated but 2 questions. First it appears that you are mixing the Sulphur, copper and kelp for a single spray and I just want to confirm that. Second, any thoughts on adding a sticker like Kinetic to this mix. Thanks
So basically you can't spray sulfer effectively with a backpack sprayer? Also I was under the impression that if your mango is blooming, you should wait for it to be done flowering before spraying?
Hi Har And Chris , I really need to know what kind of sprayer to buy that self agitates so i can spray sulfer on my mango trees here in Central Florida , can you please help me ? Thanks in advance
While I had not heard a response to my previous post, Har, I did want to also point out something that might help you. You were working overtime at shaking up the 2 1/2 gallon can copper concentrate before mixing. I used to be in the urethane casting business and had to work with 5 gallon pails of material regularly that had to be mixed prior to pouring out the amount needed and found it saved my back considerably by just purchasing paint stirrer attachments to drills. I am sure a 5 gallon stirrer attachment will reach the bottom of a 2 1/2 gallon container and I plan to see in the morning if it will fit within the lid. If not, many are made of plastic that could easily be trimmed down. Also, just to prevent any potential for cross contamination of products because they are not that expensive, I would also suggest keeping one for each concentrate product you are using regularly. Hope this helps you.
Yes, it's copper sulfate, Quick lime and water, i would prefer given nutrition and feed the soil or find other solution based on KNF, my mangos this year were great in Beja ;)
@@thefrugivoreanimal yes but Beja is extremely dry. I am in Minho, the most humid place on the planet 😃. This winter I will cover them with plastic and will spray with bordalesa mixture.
I germinated 10 mango seed seeds last summer . I had them growing To 1-2 feet ! All but one died . The last one has its leaves wilting . 😢😢😢 I live in Washington state

If you wait until your tree is done flowering, the blooms could already have fungus
Is this much spraying recommended for a backyard garden with maybe 2-3 mango trees and a few others?
May we have a link to what sprayer you use? Do all 3 items go in the tank at the same time?
I have the same question
Can i spray sulfur in the evening if I spray it off the next morning before the sun hits it?

Where do you buy these products?
I just cleaned some seeds from a Caribbean Red papaya I got from Trader Joe's.... Will I get something completely different or close?
probably something close

Har doesn't watch all the videos, so he probably didn't see your previous comment. We will try to pass this information to him. Thanks
Can I spray with bordalese mixture? It has been raining a lot here in Portugal and all my mango trees have fungus

I have 2 vigorous agitators. One is 12 and the other is 9 years old. Thankfully, they are at school.
