Hey, I started watching a couple of videos ago and I must say I'm very invested and impressed by your determination and character! Just one (kinda unrequested) tip: a couple of videos ago you asked for some workout tips and from the footage I think you could really benefit from some ankle mobility training! Maybe you're already aware of it but improving your ankle range of motion would greatly benefit your squat depth and your running stride. Other than that, keep going, you're doing amazing!
you are so right!! I've actually been doing squats with elevations at my heels now to have more depth but I will do more specific exercises to have more ankle mobility it's so important for form and injury prevention so thanks a lot for your comment x

thank you! that's a really sweet comment & I would recommend to challenge yourself but honestly prepare for the 1 gallon of water part.. the work-outs are okay actually but the amount of water.. sometimes I think it's not healthy even to drink that much but I'm also really excited for the end results, will discuss them at length in a video when I'm done hihi day 28 today!
@@perspectieff Thank you for the advice! Yes a gallon of water can be difficult- I'd say as long as you're not feeling any negative side-effects or swelling it should be good- especially because of how active you are :) can't wait for your updates! good luck

Danku das zo wijs om te horen & keigoe dage da doet! & ik was zelf gestart met vriendinnen maar nu ga ik bijna altijd alleen Omda Kwn als ik sport Isda een moment voor mezelf, ik ben ook zeer graag met mezelf dus ik voel me niet eenzaam ofzo maar wat ik wel soms heb is me zo Wa misbegrepen voelen omdat ni iedereen snapt op mijn leeftijd waarom ik al die dingen zo belangrijk vind maar da komt ook omdat we allemaal ons wel een beetje zo voelen denk ik, tot slot maakt iedereen ook wel andere dingen mee dus das ergens normaal da sommige mensen u gewoon ni begrijpen en omgekeerd. Dus ik cope eig gewoon door bij mezelf te checken wat ik nodig heb en zeker te zijn dat ik de juiste beslissingen maak voor mezelf en ni teveel in te zitten met anderen hun perspectief want daar kunt he toch niks aan veranderen ma idk of dit helpt xP

I am very inspired by your determination. What is the 75 hard thing? I’ve heard about this before and it sounds tough but I want to try it sometime. I am one to enjoy routines and challenging my determination.
I have a video on 75 hard :) but ill explain for u in short; for 75 days you do this every day; 2x workouts (each 45min and one should be outside), reading 10 pages, drinking 4l of water, following a diet (no cheat meals no alcohol) ( I am against heavy dieting so I just choose a 100g proteïn a day goal) & tracking your progress every day if you miss one of these things you have to start over. I forgot who the inventor of this program was but it’s in my other video description. It’s not my challenge or anything :) I just wanted to do it in an impulsive burst of energy
