I have many bags from Direct Action and Maxpedition...and this Jumbo versipack is my best daily bag. Not too big not too small. Its just right for me i can carry everything i need. I like it a lot. And i have the bigger mongo versipack as well. I use mongo when i travel far. 😊
Do you think this would make a good camera bag to take into the field hiking. I’m looking to fit a camera body a few lenses a water bottle and a few odds and ends.
So, you might be able to. I haven’t held a Fuji, or the lenses, it you could probably get the body and a few small lenses in the main pouch. You’d still have the water bottle pouch on the outside you can use too.
I'm wearing 5.11 Tactical Rush 12 backpack for EDC and and I have the same issue by question like "What the hell carrying in this backpack?" Thanks for the video, I'm wandering between Fatboy and Jumbo
@@BrianWatersOutdoors Could you make a video review of Fatboy, it will be great ? The most maxpedition vids are in bad HD quality. because they had made in a long tame ago.
Great video Brian. I just picked-up a jumbo versipack for my truck. You gave me some good ideas. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.

Honestly, probably not if you’re carrying a DSLR, but you might be able to get away with it if you are using a mirrorless type camera.
@@BrianWatersOutdoors yeah a Fuji xt3 mirrorless. It’s nowhere near as bulky as some of the dslr’s

What is the difference? Purch or bag?

I go back and forth with the Jumbo and Fatboy. Right now I’m using my Fatboy as I got a little tired of lugging around the Jumbo.
