If they watch the videos they see him remove snow, firewood drives, check in on neighbors, coordinate cross property irrigation with neighbors, the list goes on. I'm still a bit stunned by the woman last week who didn't even say thank you after a total stranger got her car out of the snow.
It's a bloody mess here in Australia with people literally hating the unvaxxed and wanting us unvaccinated put in quarantine camps for good but heck, the entire developed world or, the West, has gone insane in just 2 years.
I watch stories about Chicago murders under the Dem's and stories about San Fran under the Dem's and I'm astonished that people in San Francisco vote for more defecation on their streets and, people in Chicago seem to want more homicides and more cop shootings.
There's no doubting there's civil war coming right across the West because one side is so deluded, they literally want human poop on their sidewalks, no cops and enforced 'vaccines' that don't actually work.

Ya'll went to Idaho for a recreational vacation (few days).
Ya'll spent money while you were there at local businesses such as gas stations, restaurants, lodging, etc.
This, in turn, paid wages for Idaho citizens and generated revenue for those Idaho business owners.
You also paid taxes while there generating local and state dollars.
You didnt vote while there in any election and I've not seen you try to influence Idaho politics on your channel.
If I was a bettin man I would bet that ya'll only left tracks in the snow when you left.
And some "TARD" wants to complain that yall where there and wants you to stay out.....

but you cannot deny the fact that people who are mass immigrating into Idaho after fleeing the hellscape they created back home because of their stupid politic decisions and now are voting to bring in the same laws in Idaho that originally made their home state into hellscape.
like are you crazy or something? why escape one crazy town and vote to turn another peaceful town into the same crazy town you just escaped? trampling the decades of culture, tradition and politics that made Idaho the special and peaceful place.

    • @treyhart6861
      @treyhart6861 2 роки тому +3

This is not unique to Idaho... I experienced the same exact situation when I went to Mammoth. The locals HATE the tourists, but that hate is not entirely without merrit. In Mammoth, all the proerty owners just see $$$ signs.. they are kicking out their local renters and converting to Air B&B units and more than trippling their income, meanwhile, the locals, that actually work at the local shops have to move further and further away.. Their "secret oasis" has become a cash machine for the property owners that dont even live in the same area code, and sometimes, not even in the same state. The locals are now placing the hate on the renters of these air b&bs.. keep in mind the rent they pay on those places is NOT kept local, only the food and gas money is kind of kept local.
Its also extremely frustrating to see the posts from BLM and the Idaho forest service of the vandalized rest stops, and piles of trash left behind in places that just two years ago were absolutely beautiful. In fact, there are some places that have been completely shut down to the public because of extensive damage.
It most likely is not everyone, but when people leave their trash in your front yard, day after day, it can make a person bitter toward ALL the visitors.

If the proper trusts weren’t in place, the folks that inherit the land have a huge tax burden they must pay, and many can’t, so they have to sell at least a portion to pay the inheritance taxes.

Idahoan concerns aren't without precedent. For example, I lived in Albuquerque, NM close to 30 years ago. Prices for land and residential properties in Santa Fe (the state capital) started vaulting into the stratosphere when hollywood's elite began to move there in droves.
Many holdings, who's land had been continuously in the family for centuries, since granted to them by the King of Spain, started getting forced out of their homes because of property tax increases. They were forced to sell and move out of their communities because they couldn't afford the tax bill.
Their plan was to maintain ownership and continue it in the family for the next generation. Somebody else's plan got in the way of their quiet enjoyment of their family legacy. Imagine if this happened to your family.

The county's average effective property tax rate is just 0.56%, which ranks as the 17th-lowest out of 33 counties in the state. At that rate, the annual taxes on a home worth $282,600 would be $1,570.

I've lived in Idaho my entire life I've seen the flood of new comers and dealt with the negative and positive effects of it. I completely understand why people want to be here. I wish people would just be more respectful to the land when they get here. I also wish people always remember what it was that brought them here and what they were fleeing from. I have seen it in multiple states they come in and instantly want to change everything. It's sad. I say come on in but help our cause of keeping Idaho free and the American dream alive. Be kind to the land and help preserve it instead of developing it.

Big issue we have in Arizona used to be the Mexicans leaving trash everywhere when they would take their families to enjoy the out doors, now the biggest issue is being a tax payer who can't even enjoy the state we live in because it so crowded. The new trend is people living out of cars and old bread vans calling themselves nomads and almost all of them have youtube channels. We see people living out of mini-vans and a lot of people leaving junk vehicles behind and graffiti on rocks and trees. The state has been overrun with commifornia people and it is not healthy and relaxing anymore.

Race changes, accent, ideals, music, language, etc. etc. These are the things which makes up a people, devaluing and downplaying all these things is a path towards destruction for your own people. State citizenship used to be more important than US citizenship. Don't get me wrong, we all should be proud of being Americans, but real Texans think being Texans makes them extra special. Californians, Oregonians, Hawaiians, etc... used to think the same, but with the massive migration of East Coasters to west coast states have destroyed that. My family on my father's side lived for generations in the north east corner of California. Some family members would live in Oregon, some in Idaho. In the 80's most moved to Southern Idaho because what was happening in California. We had pride at being Californians, but the neocons/neolibs were already poisoning the state, and we lost control of our freedoms. I want Idahoans to have pride in Idaho, but these gate keepers are not the freedom loving Idahoans, these are the rule makers who ruined their state, and they want someone like Cody to stay away. They want luxury mountain cabins and suburban homes outside an international aiirport. They don't want freedom seeking homesteaders, ranchers, or farmers.

This happened in the 60-70's in Vermont, with a massive influx of people that came up from NYC and Connecticut. They brought with them zoning, caused all kinds of business restrictions and fliped the state from red to blue. Once they managed to fragment all the farms, drive out all the saw mills and raise property taxes to unreasonably high rates most of them left. As an Idahoan who was born in Idaho and lives in the same valley as Boise, I can say that this video is correct. I consider it as a good thing but something that may become a problem, my father lived in southern California and 16 years ago he moved to Idaho, I realize that people will be good people but eventually it will become a place of crime. One of the great things about our state is the nature and the suburban areas, more people means less of that. I have also seen more crime in these last few years than ever before, simply because there are more people. And for the property, it is mostly true, Idahoans are the ones to blame for the increase in property, I am a property manager so I guess I have bias but it's true. The thing is, when more people live in an area there is an obvious increase in demand which means greed from the owners takes over their morals. I have seen many owners just leave me because they thought, "I can do a better job and I save money if I betray you." That is my reason to be slightly distrustful to outsiders, they fundamentally change things even if they don't want to change them. I have a saying for this influx, "One-day Biose will be like Las Angles", meaning that although the people there are 99% nice there is so many and so much competition that the reason my parents moved here will be redirected to them again. It brings something up, why move somewhere if you will get the same problems? I find that the main reason people move to other states is because of crime, mandates/politics, and opportunity, well I fear that all of that will be lost if people come here by the hundreds or thousands, I know that it's paranoia, but I can't really get rid of that fear.

16 years ago, your family were outsiders. It kills me when people move in to an area and after they are there they want to shut any more migration in to the area. I saw it when I was a contractor in Park City 30 years ago. Every day on local TV you would hear how there had to be a moratorium. It was turning in to Los Angeles. Years later I relocated to build a house at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky. Same thing. We need to have a moratorium. They would refer to Bozeman as becoming Bosangeles. It is a free country. If Wranglestar wants to move there he has every right to do so. If you don't like it. You have every right to move. I do agree however, if you leave your state because you were a liberal and allowed it to happen in your State. Have the decency to not move to another state and turn it in to the same kind of shl*thole.

The folks in the northern New England states get mad at the people from Mass. Ct. RI and N.Y. The upper great lakes states shun the people from Chicago, Detroit. Here in Florida there's even resentment within the state. We moved from south Fl. to north central and can feel resentment towards us. It's like once aboard the ship lets pull up the gangplank.

Thank you for pointing that fact out because nobody wants to. I used to watch another guy on UA-cam who moved to Idaho from his home state, claiming he was leaving "subdivision" life behind, how he couldn't stand that or HOAs. He bought a sizable chunk of property in a pretty rural part of Northern Idaho before the mass exodus (2014-2015). In every video he would slander subdivisions and HOAs even when the video was not about that whatsoever. He then made a video about how he was excavating a road, sub dividing his land into 15 lots, running power and septic and phone lines to the properties and creating a neighborhood. Best part of the whole thing is he was also creating an HOA for the neighborhood. He then made a video a year or 2 later bragging about the nice piece of property he had bought near Coeur d'Alene that he was going to do the same exact thing to and not even live near there. So the same people who fled their state want to claim that others are ruining Idaho but they are profiting off the exact thing and complaining about it. Ridiculous.

The more development that goes in an area the more people are attracted to go there. First you start with a game trail, then a land rover tract, a fire road and finally a paved highway. There are still places in Canada that are difficult to get to because there's been no lumber or oil development. Places like Pukatawagan Manitoba. To get there you take a plane ride to Winnipeg, a 23 hour train ride to the Pas or you could take a bus and then a 7 hour train ride that runs twice a week. Don't take much stuff because it will mostly get ripped off and you won't be bringing much back anyway. I think the fastest way is to go by snowmobile over frozen lakes and rivers. This time of year the place is ice fishing and hauling by snowmobile. Not too many pioneers up there it's mostly indigenous Mathias Colomb Cree people. Couldn't imagine anyone disliking a "Wranglerstar Family" from a Idaho move. True Patriots and God fearing Christians are not going to implode Idaho's conservatism. People need to pipe down the ridiculous rhetoric.

This should be broadcast on national television. We all need to start taking responsibility for all sorts of things.

@@Porkchop1967 Um, no. Communism is a type of political economic ideology in which everyone is brought up on the backs of everyone else. In the perfect form of communism, everyone has what everyone else has. The problem with communism is that humans, by nature, are never satisfied with just having what everyone else has. We want more, it's what motivates us.
Taking personal responsibility for your actions has nothing to do with communism, it has nothing to do with economics. It has to do with morals and culture.

I can see where they are coming from.. when I was a child (I live in Georgia) the small town I grew up in was picturesque. Everyone knew everybody you broke bread with your neighbors and even if you were a stranger you could always find a helping hand. Now the area is exploded and now it's an incredible lonely place that's drug infested and no one cares anymore. It's truly sad.

Great video! You are absolutely right! All those people want to sale their land for a big money, but they don’t want to accept the fact, that the buyers will probably want to live there too!!!
    Very well said, respect👍

Well said! My mom, a native Coloradan, came back home after 8 years in California after raising the four of us when she divorced my dad in 1960. Us kids weren't welcome as much in school as the locals, even though my mom was born and raised in Colorado going back 3 generations on her side of the family. Californian was more of a dirty word, even back to the1960's as well as Texan! The older natives still have this mindset after all of this time. The sellout was in the 1960's here with people coming in from both coasts. A sign along the highway at the time in western Colorado simply said "Don't Californicate Colorado".

I grew up in Bar Harbor Maine. In the 70's it was mostly towns people and some tourists. Everybody knew everybody and it was a great community to live in. Now it's mostly tourists and landlords with very few year round neighbors. Locals can barely afford to live there and you have to leave the island if you need to buy clothes etc.. Bar Harbor used to be self sufficient, everything you needed was down town. The town is nothing like it used to be and some neighborhoods have been either torn down or moved to make way for large motels or restaurants. They just tore down three houses at the end of the street I grew up on to make way for yet another bank. "Progress" is always the word tossed around to justify. I can totally understand why someone would when seeing your out of state plates and expensive vehicle with the expensive toys in tow would bark.
