I’ve been going through Revelation and studying the Jesus’ epistles to the Churches. They have been so powerful and give us some perspective and how to persevere in Christ. “I stand at the door and knock…” was an invitation to believers.
I'd highly recommend reading "Days of Vengeance" by David Chilton. He ties Revelation into the rest of the Bible so well it's crazy. He makes sense of everything

Been around the world in the Navy, worked for the Army as a civilian, and thankfully to old to be drafted. Tents back up with a ridge pole and support beams. There are a lot more people in much worse situations than me. However as the title suggests, expect self rescue because no one’s coming for you.

I got myself into trouble quickly by trying to do way too much at once. 1 project at a time. Save in envelopes. Pay into your projects equally and weekly. To save up for equipment and materials. You are investing in you. Screw everything else. Best of luck!
I had a conversation with God yesterday when i was in the shower it was the first time in a while i truly prayed. I didnt ask for anything accept guidance. And forgiveness. I humbled myself completely before the creator. It felt cathardic to do it.

I really needed this video at this point in my life. My sweet mother will always tell me when im discouraged about something, to "be grateful, youre still healthy". Which always makes me take a breath and relax, because she is right. As long as you have youre health, youre one of the richest people in the world. If youre in a car accident, you can replace the car, but not your life. Even if you make a mistake and become discouraged, you still have your health to pursue other endeavors or the same endeavor. Grew up in rural community. Lived in rural communities most of my life aside from a 2 year stint in Seattle. Am so thankful to have skills / experience/ knowledge I had mostly taken for granted. It truly is causing devastating consequences on your local communities.

Which always makes me take a breath and relax, because she is right. As long as you have youre health, youre one of the richest people in the world. If youre in a car accident, you can replace the car, but not your life. Even if you make a mistake and become discouraged, you still have your health to pursue other endeavors or the same endeavor. Unhealthy people cant. Youth plays a big part in that, however even older healthy people can make things happen in their life. Once you get sick, covid, cancer, etc, your life changes for good, even if you beat it. Value your health

The transfer of assets from the bottom to the top was stepped up during the pandemic and is cranking up every single day. We're told the 'other' is our enemy, the migrant, the person of another race, the poor person, the trans person etc etc. It's all nonsense, we're all in the same boat, a boat that's holed below the water line. So circle your wagons, go under the radar, keep those who matter close. I genuinely worry for my children.

There’s another stage after the “ accept it “ stage, that is the one that that you look back and you realize you have lived multiple lives and that everything happens for a reason. Your childhood when everything was simple, young adulthood with marriage and raising children, the next when for no fault of your own, you’re still raising your children on your own. And the last when you realize it all happened for a reason because your boy, who is how a young man, comes home after He’s worked an honest day and says “ Hey Dad.” That is the “ stage” of contentment.

Grew up in rural community. Lived in rural communities most of my life aside from a 2 year stint in Seattle. Am so thankful to have skills / experience/ knowledge I had mostly taken for granted. Now seems many of those skills will be very valuable I miss the 70’s 80’s and 90’s. By no means perfect times but definitely less complicated times.
