What about seat belts for the students?

Seat belts for students are required in some states, but in others it's not that big of a concern. With the size, and weight of a school bus, it's very hard for the damage of a crash to severely injure students, and busses are yellow for a reason. There are other issues with bus-driver supply companies & school districts that are of higher concern, but I don't think this is a big problem right now.
