    Just one thing it's missing which is cavity. I don't suppose you know if Unreal can do that reasonably well?

    Is it a problem using too much high poly objects for Unreal Engine 5 or I should do more of the objects with lower poly and normal and height maps. Thanks!

    Hey I'm doing smth similar. I made an asset in maya and added my substance displacement in zBrush to it. Everytime I import one of these meshes in unreal 5, the normals are all over the place and the object has a few transparent faces. Any idea where this is coming from?

    • @unfgames
      @unfgames  2 роки тому

      Maybe you could try to add displacement inside of Unreal, it would have a better result. Check Modeling Tab -> Displace and add your texture

    Hello, I'm new in ZBrush.
    first, thanks a lot for this tutorial :)
    I have a question, so I'm asking..
    After sculpting in ZBrush, the mesh will increase too much.
    and I'm worried that when I hand it over to Unreal Engine as it is, there will be lags due to the mesh or low-spec players won't be able to play the game.
    Is there no problem if I activate only Nanite from Unreal?
    or sould I Re-Topology that Model?

    • @unfgames
      @unfgames  6 місяців тому

      You can simplify the mesh in Zbrush or do it inside Unreal when you finish. Obviously after adding nanite performance will be significantly better

    Thanks for the tutorial, when I bring the model highpoly of zbrush to Unreal, it is low for the actions, in the uv map projection and bake, I have a GTX 1650 , it´s a problem of my GPU o RAM?

      It's normal, it's a heavy mesh. I cut the video so that is more comfortable to watch but it may took like 1 minute or so
