Here are some tips I have seen from one of kAN's videos:
You can build a resource collector on your drilling vehicle, and it will pick up nearby raw resource, as well as deposit it in nearby refineries automatically.
The refineries can deposit into chests without anything between them, but you have to make sure the ports are lined up.
It would get gmhatmmmmmmmmmmmm ......

Resource collector automatically collects unrefined resources near it.
Scrap, the blocks in front of your seat is probably whats causing you to get stunned.
Use glowsticks to light up the farm area.
To protect your vehicles against potential bot attacks, put your vehicles inside one of the houses next to the mechanic building. *NEVER PUT STUFF IN THE TOP HOUSE, A FARMBOT SPAWNS THERE.* shoutout to j0hnbane
I THINK theres a good range to hit the Haybots while they're charging up their moves without getting hit by their charged swing attack.
Also I THINK the swing&retreat haybot method only works if its 1v1. If it doesn't, MB.

@@adamferris4780 the small green bots are immune to water. They can also travel underwater. The haybots avoid water and gets stunned by them. IDK about Tapebots, I don't think you can get close enough to splash water at them, they'll shoot you right away.

When you're exploring put your car on a lift and raise it up all the way so it cant get damaged!!! Like for Scarapman to see

the haybots can drag the lift down when they want to attack it, say your on the lift thinking haha stinky robots im invincible they will drag your lift downwards
I have an idea for some efficient farms whenever it comes to the farmbots, food, ammo, and the animals.
1. Farmbots - Create a 3 or 4 high wall of sawblades outside of your farm plots
2. Food - Make it as big as you can because so long as there are more than 9 plots of farmland, farmbots will continue to attack in greater and greater droves. You might as well get the most out of it at a time as you can.
3. Ammo - I suggest that you separate your ammo from your food so that way you could always have at least one or the other.
4. Animals - Just use funnels to herd them into their pens, otherwise I think your good this front.
Other than that, the only thing left to work on is the defense for your vehicle. for that i would recommend saw blades on the previously mentioned vehicle in a way that prevents the farm bots from getting to the most critical parts. Whoever is reading this, please help this amazing scrap mechanic come up with amazing ideas.

A better thing to do is throw a buch of glowsticks to light up the area. He can put his vehicle on the lift and raise it up to keep it safe on a raid.
Edit: IDK if this is true, I heard that the bots are attracted by the lift, if thats the case, it will be bad if Scrapman puts the vehicle on the lift while exploring and later on he needs to use the lift, the attracted bots will massacre the vehicle.

They can still damage the vehicle. In the dev blogs, it showed farmbots attacking the lift. Which will lower the lift so that they can reach the vehicle.

Ok so a few tips.
All resources respawn(to my knowledge). Trees reappear after you chop them down and leave the area. Rocks presumably do the same. Crude oil regenerates, glue clams respawn, and glowbugs just spawn randomly underwater. Glowing crates also respawn after a while but not in the same place.
Making a suspension glitch or piston powered car is a great idea. I recommend using something like Kan’s design because his piston car isn’t really _slow_ and it has basically unlimited torque, in addition to using no fuel at all.
If you build a base on water, the farm bots won’t be able to attack you(but the totebots might). Anchor it to the seafloor and build a platform at the surface.
If you build a patch of farms, build it by water and in a layout that allows you to build a pipe that can swing over the crops. I recommend a gantry crane style build to pump water on the crops.

Scrap mechanic has just surpassed all other survival games. Perfect blend of simplicity and depth. It's not a chore like Ark but it has a more charming and manageable version of those systems, falling closer to Stranded Deep I'd say in that way. Definitely have to give them credit for bringing such a finished new mode to the game right off the bat rather than giving us the bare bones and building the meat around it in the months/YEARS to come like so many others have done or are STILL doing

Scrapman, you can actualy put a soil on a builtable pieces. You can't place it on platform made out of blocks that are not detached to the ground but for example on the big scrap wall piece placed on regular building wall it is totally possible to build a soil on it.

@@zacattack6653 There's this book called Animal Farm by George Orwell, it's about a bunch of farm animals that dislike the conditions that they are subjected to by the humans, so they take over. the pigs, who are smarter than all of the other animals, make a communist regime, with themselves as the government. they begin to exploit their position by giving themselves better food, and feeding the other animals less and less, eventually, all of the other animals are in a worse position than when they started, being starved throughout winter while the pigs eat heaps. basically, it's the history of the USSR, in a book about a farm. it's not a light read, but I think I went over it pretty well.
there's a reason that I thought it would go over the heads of a lot of people, as it's quite difficult to understand the true meaning behind the book, and as scrapman's viewer base is mainly a younger audience, most people probably wouldn't have read the book.
