    Dit toe. Ashley and her sister are blessings to humanity. I'll soon switch some nutrient purchases to them just to get the customer relationship established, and add more over time.

      Be sure to check in your area too! I actually have regenerative farmers who deliver to my area twice a month, and they sell low PUFA eggs for $8.99/dozen, which is a great price!

    We see Dr M will be offer this lab testing program, but it all references to cell phone use. can this be done w/ out yet another company, program or process that forces portable device use? How would non-cell users / Amish type ppl partake of this offer?

    Carbohydrates are not essential. There is no need in the body - most carbohydrates come with hidden poisons from the plant. We run optimally on a moderate saturated fat, high protein diet.

    • @bonniekruse1254

      Your body prefers to run on carbs over fat.

    Tell Sean Baker and Dr. Chaffee and quite a few of their acolytes that carbs are necessary. The body makes the glucose it needs from the fats and protein in animal based diets. Yes, many people have damaged metabolisms and may not be able to survive happily without carbs. Your statement is still WRONG!

    • @PeaceIsYeshua
      @PeaceIsYeshua 12 годин тому +2

      From my understanding, forcing your body to make its own carbs from fat and protein raises stress hormones, which is hard on the body.
      I tried carnivore for 7 months and did all the tweaks, high fat, etc, but I had no energy on ultra low carb.
      However, like Ashley said, if it’s working for you and you feel great, keep it up, and Dr. Mercola also said to listen to your own body. 😊

      @@PeaceIsYeshua Never raising stress hormones is also hard on the body. Building muscle is stressful, but, is still needed for longevity and optimal function. Unfortunately many "experts" go way to far in their recommendations for limiting stress. Again, look into some of the carnivores like Dr. Baker and Dr. Chaffee who approach zero carb intake most of the time and don't have issues.

      For sure!! But it shouldn’t be all the time due to diet is what they’re saying I believe.
      Isn’t Dr. Chaffee such a great guy? I always loved listening to him. I don’t agree with him anymore is all, but thank you! :)

    • @vernonkuhns3561
      @vernonkuhns3561 11 годин тому

      @@PeaceIsYeshua The issue isn't whether you agree with him or not. The issue is whether the "experts" can explain why carnivores like them aren't showing those long term issues with too much stress. Since they don't show negative effects from the stress the "experts" are wrong. Yes it is that simple.
      Now, everyone is different so your mileage WILL vary. The "experts" still got some 'splainin to do as to why so many carnivores do not show negative effects from the alleged excess cortisol production.

      Well, I think that’s the thing though, is because, a lot of them do show trouble after a while-Ashley said she too felt better on carnivore at first.
      Many of them ended up finding bioenergetics after they began struggling on low carb. But, it gets back to ultimately listening to your body. For some people, running on stress hormones may be the very best thing for them long term.
      I think genetics testing can help too. Mine actually said I do best with some carbs, which is interesting since that seems to be accurate for me.
      Regardless, keep listening to your body, and I hope it continues to go well for you, but even if not, you’ll be able to reevaluate at that time and figure it out. 😊

    Dr Mercola: "The only healthy carbs are from white rice and fruits. Everything else is dangerous." This is where I lose you. What is your source of this "science" and why do you think it's the only "right" one? There are plenty of carbs that have been used for centuries and sustained people in fairly good health such as oatmeal, brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans, etc. You can have your strong opinions, but coming out in every interview and stating that the 99.9% of all people, who either deviate or disagree with your recommendations, have somehow terrible health and are essentially a ticking bomb, is a bit arrogant. Half to most people's health is just fine. It's the same thing with your statements that egg whites are bad, only egg yolks good, or that PUFA of over 2 grams a day "kill people". If all of what you are saying is true, people would be dying off or at least appear disabled left and right. I look around, and reality seems far from that (Either 99.9% of all people either are NOT metabolically inflexible, OR this label is far from anything super dangerous for people's health.").

    • @bonniekruse1254

      He was saying that’s basically what most people should start with. And then they say being able to eat a variety of things is a sign of good health.
