Shoutout to Jarvis and Zac Jarvis! Remember the match at the end is just a spar. Like the video for part 2!

People needa realise 14 and 20 big difference. The guy was still a kid and Jarvis is borderline an adult. Props to both of then
Borderline?
And he's a may thai fighter which involves a lot of kicking

We all now that Jarvis didn't try 🤣🤣🤣
He was more nervous before learning he was a World Champion, you could see that he threw some powerful punches in the 2nd round.
I thought he was a champ amateur boxer but Kay said he was a Muay Thai champ which is a big difference no wonder he’s not as good
i like how the older dude is controlling his power and only hitting hard when made sure the kid has his hands up. that is the experience and respect you give as a trained sparrer
This demonstrates the character and respect that boxing is all about, these 3 lads are credit to the sport. We need more boxing clubs in our communities, we would have far less trouble on the streets if we did.

Maybe it’s because Jarvis is 20 😂
Do you have a UA-cam channel

He wish he could do it in fortnite
what kind of boxing are you watching
@KnownxArmy 🤣🤣🤣
Imagine yourself at 20 fighting yourself at 14. This kid is a man in my book. He has heart and some serious skills for his age.
and also an ego😔
This was a reality show basically,The 20 year old was told to take it easy on him. The 14 yr old gave it all he had, I worked in a Juvenile facility inmates from ages 13-19, I’m still telling you age doesn’t matter, I have seen 13 year olds womp on 18-19 yr olds, from what they learned from others that were tougher, no different in MMA. When I was in high school the gym teacher/Wrestling Coach brought in his son who was in middle school 12 yrs old on the Wrestling team, he had his son wrestling us, the boy womped on all of us, skill knows no age.Same thing in Karate the Master brought his son that was 12ish, he also womped on everyone older.
@@jesseking2380 You’re an idiot. Age make a MASSIVE difference. The older you are the stronger you are, especially when you’re talking about say a 14 year old and a 20 year old.
I’m in my twenties and there’s just no way a 12 year old or 14 year old would be able to out wrestle me. There’s just too much of a difference in strength (skill aside).
@@jesseking2380 All he had.... except he's a muay thai fighter restricted from using 6 out of his 8 limbs as a muay thai fighter.
and then there is a 50 year old bricklayer who would beat the fuck out of y'all with absolutely no training... Life doesn't make sense@@jesseking2380
Its INSANE that a 14 year old can put up with a 20 year old with good boxing skills. Absolutely insane. What a kid

Restricting a Mui Thai fighter to not use their legs is like a punishment
I did a bit (small bit) of Muay Thai, and a lot of boxing. Sucked at both compared to actual amateur fighters...but I agree the mindset is different. There is a lot of crossover, but it goes way beyond just kicking. The clinch took the most getting use to. There is almost judo level clinch work in Muay Thai, then of course the kicks, the elbows, the knees all come into play. Generalizing a bit...but because the footwork is different (you tend to load up your front leg a ton more in boxing) boxers do punch harder, and have better uperbody and head movement.
the main thing for him as a mauy thai fighter was his stance as in mauy thai you have a square stance boxers have a more shoulder on stance
Fffrrrr
The way he chuckled when he got hit clean. Not noob behavior. That definitely gave it away.
This was more intense than Javis vs Michael Lee
Jarvis vs Le was full power in punches
This was medium power
@@majesticaaa4131 not even medium

@@majesticaaa4131 doesn’t matter, Jarvis could’ve went only 50% and would’ve KO’d Le regardless by like Round 4 or 5
You can tell Jarvis was still pulling his punches but the kid did a good job taking some of the harder ones
Kay is still popping after faze, and he's back with his family. Guess the whole ordeal was a blessing in disguise
Jarvis is a decent beginner boxer already, it's actually pretty impressive. You definitely have to respect him. I wonder how well the 14 year old would of done if he was allowed to throw kicks? Infact I would love to see Jarvis get into MMA
Hed have no idea how to address the leg kicks. Plus mma is a completw different ball game. The reason why youtubers do boxing besides the fact that theres more money in it is because there isnt anywhere near as steep a learning curve as mma. Mma u have punch kicks elbows knees takedowns ground pound submission etc etc. Too much to learn for them
You sure you watched the same video there bud?
@@urboisogucci2259 he meant a K1 or Muay Thai Fight not Mma. In a Muay Thai fight Faze Jarvis would lose simply because of not being able to handle legkicks properly. Only Boxing is pretty hard for a Muay Thai Fighter, because the combos are mixed with kicks what makes them effective, it takes an essential part out of it.
@@hollytrde63nl59 no he didnt mean k1 or muay thai he said mma. Even if it was what ur saying my point still stands (which is not what he said)
He hasn’t fought anyone..
As a boxer myself I love how Jarvis keeps his right hand up consistently and uses it well.
Yea , this is the point the kid have to learn , he just go forward without protection throwing fists with the hope of good hit , he will take a big ko a day because of that , pro vs 14 years old is good but if he don’t correct that he will have surprise against other good fighter later
Same he clearly was more of a boxer I compete in both kickboxing is alot faster since you and your opponent have a variet of tools and openings u can attack while it's better to slow it down in boxing pick your shots and pry openings
@@adlmcorp4858 this kid is a pro muay thai fighter not a boxer, it might seem similar but when you practice while incorporating kicks it's very hard to just go straight to boxing. this kid would destroy jarvis if it was muay thai

If there is a part 2 we definitely need to see how powerful zac jarvis’ kicks are

Jarvis wasn’t trying obv he could have knocked him out I bet

Yea the kid was 14 tho

Yeah, he didn’t want to violate
U don’t fucking say he’s a 20 year old man
I’m impressed how well the 14 year old was able to hold his own lol
I think the kid could learn a bit from him. His boxing style is definitely clean. And maybe the kid can show him some mauy thai also. Having rivals is always good
His boxing is not clean lmao?
This is a middle schooler fighting a college student, okay people. He did pretty damn good.
Jarvis clearly won that he could’ve knock that kid out cold. If that kid could use his full Maui Thai he might stand a chance. Thai kicks to lower legs can mess up your footwork and your power to punch, elbows and knees are scary too
Zach obviously won that sparring session, The Thai stance is much more square than the boxing stance which let the kid down, and he puffed out as the body is more open for body shots, boxing has a lot of footwork and head movement, but Muay Thai has not a lot of head movement with footwork that is limited as you have dangers such as knees, kicks, elbows or even the Thai clinch. You obviously don’t train in boxing or Muay Thai so you don’t have a knowledge about both sports, this kid would’ve destroyed Jarvis respectfully, a couple of liver kicks from him would drop Jarvis. That’s why he’s a world champ.
@@r6shorts. only there was no kicking in this sparring match so Jarvis definitely had the advantage
It’s a sparring match they shouldn’t try to hurt each other

Lol not the "professional kickboxer kid" looking down at 5:55 if this was actually kickboxing that would've ended way different 🤣
Jarvis is a natural talent man. Did you see he was always ready to answer the phone? And he wastes no energy on extreme movement. Actually hyped for his next fight lol.
Im a boxer and I can day he is really good he does alot of advanced stuff like controlling the space, setting up his punches and defending his positions /remaining calm under pressure and not moving . He impressed me alot in his first fight
@Zero that and no matter what, to ko someone who also trained as hard as they could isn't something to scoff at. But these lard masters lounging on the sofa with bbq chip stained tank tops really love thinking only scrubs get Koed. They would get annihilated in almost any fight.
This was a huge benefit for this kid!!!! Good stuff Jarvis!! That kid boxed someone with more power then normal and you can tell. Boxing someone bigger then him will help him in his future fights.
