SMOKED REDFISH AND SHEEPSHEAD DIP

  • This is an easy way to cook redfish, sheepshead, or mullet. Just leave the skin and scales on the filet, smoke for 3 1/2 to 4 hours on 250 degrees. The fish dip is incredible, I have been making it for many years. Please try it out for yourself, thanks again for watching.
