So what does the headphone icon look like, because on my android, I don't see it. If I have to do a factory restart, as a last resort then.. I hear everything, notifications, gaming, ECT. But the phone speaker started being a pain, first it would not let me use speaker. Then I had to use speaker or I could not hear who I was calling. Now I cant hear anyone I dial, just nothing speaker on or off. Turning mute on and off does nothing as well.
