Hello, thank you for the video. I am wondering about how to make sure caller will hear while I use Bluetooth hearing aid. Does this mean there are two volume issues, and one is selected over the other? Thank you!

Went to Verizon for help. Our carrier, and they sold us the iphone14. The said, call technical support. Worst customer service we've ever experienced from the start. In the process of some better carrier if there is one. There has to be.
