Wade, I’ve been around and run logging equipment all my life and Tiger Cat is by far the best there is in the woods. They build there equipment with the owners and operators in mind for sure. They cost a little more but my Dad always said you get what you pay for.
Baddest loader ever built! Love the loader and the grapple but those short metal lines on the grapple cylinders are a pain in the ass. God forbid the little small mounting bracket breaks you can't keep the lines tight! Tigarcats biggest flaw on all their cylinders are those Steele lines
Not knocking other brands of equipment...but tigercat is by far the best..just my opinion...but seems like wade agrees with me and of course we already know how stevey feels about it lol...great video wade as usual..continue to be blessed and stay safe
That was an impressive landing. Nice and neat. I would like to see the chipper in action. Those Tigercats look like a well built machine. There is an operation here and they drag the trees to the landing, but they process it at the landing. Then they run the slash through a Bandit grinder and sell the ground material to a biomass plant.
Great vidja Wade. Very nice logging outfit. Gotta keep that equipment moving for sure. You could use that skidder. Stevy would never shut it off. Lol. Later
A few operators can use em, others just abuse em. Then there are lots that just don't have a clue. I got trained on 360 deg excavators and the instructor was a 7ft tall 6ft wide Irish man, who told us once the second time came with a clout around the ear with his size 16 hand. You didn't need no third time telling, when you pulled a trench the bottom had to be real smooth, the muck had to be landed 2 yards back from the top of the trench, and more if the trench was more than chest depth no ifs or butts.
We have a t250d as well along with 2 234b trailer mounts. that 250 comes in very handy in wet spots and in using the tag along to get extra wood ahead. also beats the heck out the trailer mount feeding chipper.
Very nice operation. Nice loader. The slasher didn't seem to work as well as I think it should though. The buncher guy could improve on the flared butts too. Lol
Have you ever ran a wheel cutter? It's a ruff ride with low stumps! If he cut the trees up above the bells the stumps would be 2 feet high! And where this juniper grows the ground is soft. You got to do what your going to the first time or tear the ground all to hell. Alot different than pine logging
Grease nipples on a door hinge says a lot about a piece of equipment. However, when you leave so little stones unturned, it also says a lot about the price tag. Probably worth it in the long run.
Hate that dam spell check I was so worried about scookum I didn't see logger was rong just embaricing and I can't spell that eather I hate for your viewers to read this im sorry Wade
From the looks of it the tigercat equipment really is made top notch. Even from a preventive maintenance stance which is shocking. But the real question is does it come with anti-seize on the bolts??
Hey driver don’t you be telling Stevie about the kitty cat grapple ,he will sook and spit the dummy, tiger cat tiger this and tiger cat that ,I can hear him now.bam! Any way as always stay safe ,cheers and beers from Aus
Sure is nice to see something that is designed for the mechanic. I have a recurring dream where I walk into a bar that is filled with the engineers that design cars and equipment. I lock the door and smash their heads together until they think about the poor bastard that has to work on their design.
Its not just Construction type machinery that's like that. Boiler rooms seem to be designed while the engineers are laughing hysterically at the poor sucker that has to fix them.
Tiger Cat is by far the best logging equipment made, John Deere and Cat has nothing on a Tiger Cat. Tiger Cat has the best cutters, skidders and loaders I’ve ever ran, you’ll never want to run anything else.
They should make the log boob swivel side to side like a back hoe or rotator truck with wench combo for up hear in mass vt and NH where its all rocky granit hills it would help to counter balence the grapples are nice but up hear its not always best because your eather on cliff face or in mudy bottomless soft ground realy only hear and their is grapple any good but when u can use it its so dam nice not hallft to hook every log
I bet those boys keep the trucks rolling! Awesome video Mr Wade. Thanks.
I like my Deere's but that tigercat loader and skidder were built right. Thanks Wade for sharing.
great video Wade that's a beast of a skidder be safe and have a blessed labor day weekend !
That’s a nice operation! Could definitely move some logs with that thing! I like the skidder too!
instaBlaster...

Now that’s my kind of logging there Wade, hell yea! Stroking that pine baby!
Shore Logger haha true that bud

That’s a nice set up there talking about production that’s called get er done 👍👍👍

Very nice operation and nice equipment can process a lot of timber quickly

Monoxide Child copy tell her more to come
That guy was a smooth operator. Definitely has put time in the seat
Sea Level oh man prolly the best boom operator I’ve ever seen

Like a mama cat gently moving her kittens around. Talk about a smooth operator. I bet he could dial up the ole lady with that grapple.
Real nice setup. I have never seen a slasher setup with delimber like that but it works slick.
That is called a CTR delimber.
That would make a great wedding anniversary present!

jacob carter yeah I could definitely see that bud

Thats just what you need Logger Wade !!!!!!!!!!!
Ooooooh, THE CLAW! Nice!!!
Slick operation!
Now I'm no longer but I like how simple and to the point the engineering is easy to access panels up and down very scookum indeed
Hate that dam spell check I was so worried about scookum I didn't see logger was rong just embaricing and I can't spell that eather I hate for your viewers to read this im sorry Wade
Haha I love it buddy
Real nice machines Tater!
Stevey going to love this video lol
😎 tigercat !!
That Peterson grinder is built about ten miles from me here in Oregon
i need one of them !
looks like tigercat is the way to go...
Interesting technique on the slasher.
What does your crew think of the 5900 chipper? I’m running one at the moment and after coming from a 5000H I must say I’m not a fan
damn fine loader hand
A present for Mother is it Wade.
Thats purdyful
Muito top, que um dia eu tenha a oportunidade de aprender também a trabalhar com essas belezinhas😎❤️
From the looks of it the tigercat equipment really is made top notch. Even from a preventive maintenance stance which is shocking. But the real question is does it come with anti-seize on the bolts??
JasonWorksAlot haha Luke says no still no anti seize
Nice skills
Time to upgrade Wade.
Good vidja right there. How bout posting some of ya'll and alls high production slashing?

OFFLEY NICE EQ FOR CUTTING PINE.
Tiger Cat is by far the best logging equipment made, John Deere and Cat has nothing on a Tiger Cat. Tiger Cat has the best cutters, skidders and loaders I’ve ever ran, you’ll never want to run anything else.
This is a That Chipper Guy's operation twin.
jbmbanter yeah that slasher is just like what That chipper guy has. That setup definitely moves a lot of wood.
I was impressed at how the operator took long logs and basically made a bundle out of them before he picked all of them up and moved them to the pile.
What happen to the tree top that you moved to your left side?
Larry Kluck it’s to be chipped
@@LoggerWade thanks
Super kitty on the way?
🌲🚛
lots of money in machines sitting there
ol pa stump likes likes !!!!
Mudflaps likes it, too👍
I’ve never seen pine trees like that where your at. I thought those were more of a northern or north western tree.
It looks like they kinda copied the Prentice grapple design. I'd say they used better steel to built that tho.
Why is he cutting it so short ?
Theo Pautsch for there mill
alot of mills want 8' logs.
You all need a grinder and make that much more money lol
im proud to say that tigercat is canadian made lol
Weres this at wade
Indiana
Impossible to get any weight on a truck with only juniper
It's white pine.
selective hearing loss, be careful dad
Big Momma would WAY out perform that guy 😂
Nothing runs like a Deere with a cat on it's ass
NEW BLUE GRINDER NOT DOING MUCH WORK .
John deer are the best and will all ways be the best ....
