As a long-time follower of this channel, it's hard to pick out what I love the most about it. In every video, I learn something new, and always walk away feeling upbeat and inspired to get cooking. What's not to love about that?
I love apple pie so thanks for making it. The pumpkin pie is traditional, i also love it along with pecan pie. In my family, all three pies are served so we always have a fruit pie, a pumpkin pie or sweet potatoe pie and always a nut pie.
Your channel is absolutely great and adorable! ☺ I've been able to make a few of your simple recipes like mug cakes, smoothies, overnight oats, quick 10-15 min meals! Have a long way to go, but Pick Up Limes fuelled my passion to make great plant based foods! 🥰
@@PickUpLimes To endorse another recipe, I made the fudge you featured on your "What I eat in a day" video and it was so good I practically scarfed it all down in 2 days. Also love the mug cake recipes.
Apple pie is my favourite too and when i don't have enough flour at home, it is freezing outside, and you just want to have something sweet and comforting cozy time... i bake apple crumble as my substitute 🥰 snuggle up on the sofa with a nice blanket, a cup of tea and my darling apple crumble to indulge in while in a break from reading 🤗🥰 it is such a golden time... thank you for sharing your faves!!! 😁
Hi Sadia😊I started following your channel since 2018 and I really really miss your Tea Time Tuesday. It’s so informative and changed my mind from time to time. Will it be possible to make more videos on that ?😊
Last night I was dreaming of making vegan pies, and today you put this video up. Thanks! I even saw the lattice work for the tops of the pies. I can hardly wait to try them. 😍
*I just love having now the behind the scenes segments included in the final videos, it's so much fun, and beautiful, and elegant, and peaceful and tasty, as always... thanks to all of you for all the work that putting these together requires... 😌🙏🏻🙋🏻♂️
Thank you so much for being so thoughtful! Animals would love that empathy as well. why don’t you try vegan food for a while? I am a vegan and it ks great! ;)
@@lisanyugenhascancer6332 I'm not a loner incel. But you sure are lad. The fact that you got salty so easily shows me that you are incapable of being a reasonable person. Go outside and touch grass. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wonderful video! And delicious looking pies! Love that you are not afraid to share the bloopers, they add a sense of genuineness to your videos. Thanks.
These look absolutely wonderful. I have tried several vegan or plant based recipes for pumpkin pie and they have been a flop. This looks like a winner!!! Cooking the filling to allow the extra liquid to evaporate is going to help the moisture issues I always seem to have. I have a family of 7 and we are pretty much a two pie family now that everyone is growing up and hungry...so these two will be perfect for us to do at the same time. Thanks so much for your creativity and time!!!
Hey Alesha, I hope you enjoy it if you give it a try! When we were testing the recipe we trialed several ways to make it, and this stove-top method definitely worked the best 🤓
I don’t even need to see the video to hit the like. My favorite vegan channel ever. Love the editing, love the recipes, love how hard you guys work while managing to have fun at the same time.
Wow! These are the best pie instructions I've ever heard!! I'm definitely going to follow your step by step instructions. No wonder my pie crusts never turn out. Thank you!!
I was on your website looking at other recipes (as I normally do all the time) and saw a suggested pumpkin pie recipe. Immediately I thought "I haven't seen this recipe on her youtube - but there's a video?!" realising it came out today! So happy you're sharing a pie crust recipe too, can't wait to try!
Loved this video and looove the recent blooper section at the end of your videos :D You always go beyond my expectations - going the extra mile and baking two apple pies just to show an alternative and even making a berry pie. I really appreciate that :)
I am not vegan but I try to try all your recipes I can’t do all because I am from India and not all the ingredients are available heard love u Sadia and I have been following u for almost 3 to 4 years and I learnt a lot from u. I saw u on my wallpaper and from that day I love all ur videos and recipes 😊😊😊❤❤❤
I have been around for a long time, yet every new video ends up being my favorite! The visuals, the perfect balance between fast and slow, the sound effects, Sadia's radiance, the allowance for little bursts in the crust keeping it real, ... And off course, the food! Guys, you have paved my way into becoming a confident vegan home cook reviewing many compliments. I am definitely a fan girl haha! Keep on rocking 🍀
What a great video, i have made pies for years. But cooking the apples before is a great idea. My mom always made the pies with the lattice work on top. They make the pie so pretty!! I love all your videos. Thank You
Thanks for an excellent video, Sadia! Vegan baking can seem intimidating, but you make it look fun and doable. I always look forward to your videos, and always learn something new. Thanks!
I am making the apple as I type but will do a Dutch apple pie for the top. Ok that was the best apple pie filling. I did the microwave hack and it came out perfect!
Not exactly a favourite pie, we don't really do these here in Germany, but my latest obsession is a plum-apple-blackberry-cinnamon-crumble. It's divine.
Apple Pie will always be my favorite. I love it so much that when I'm unable to make it I try to make other things that will help take the place of it. Like Cinnamon rolls with apple pie filling or apple scones.
Mine is cherry pie and it is very delicious and easy to make but now I see that you can get it to another level with those tips. Very inspired to try these out!! 😍
Your team must have loved you the day you walked into the studio and announced that "Today is pie day". 😁 At our house we usually went with apple and blackberry pie. So delicious. I'm getting all nostalgic now. I'll definitely give these a go once my fridge is replaced. It's borked at the moment. Excellent video as always. Thank you.
What’s not to love about this video!!😍 Thank you once again for your amazing recipes presented in such detail, with great tips and tricks. Love it all! ❤
As always, thanks. I love your recipes videos and the tips. I made a veg version of the apple pie, with butter and pears. I used half the doses and it is awesome. I was a little worried about no sugar in the crust, but it came out 10/10. Thanks for the tips and the amazing ideas! (and congrats you both for your wedding)
Thank you soo much for your chanel. I been looking for simple healthy recipes, good for my health. And I been getting my boyfriend to try these too as he doesn't cook, but he's quickly learning for me 🥰... The visuals help too so much. I definitely need to try this
I made the apple pie today and it was freakin' delish! Adored the chunky apple 🍎, loved just microwaving it and the crust was super flaky and buttery 🧈. Thank you!
Butter can't be replaced, it's too glorious and tasty. I have it three or four times a year on special occasions and the world won't end if you have it.
I just made apple pie yesterday. Will try out this recipe for sure some time later. And can't wait to try out that pumpkin pie. it's perfect for the weather.
I love to watch your channel Sadia! Pumpkin pie is my favorite & I’m grateful to you for this video because I’ll be making pumpkin pie. Thanks for sharing your talents 💕
I would LOVE to see you make a beautiful vegan mincemeat. It's one of my favourite pies... but not a common one. Can't wait to try your pumpkin one! I've never seen anyone cook the filling beforehand, but your rationale makes good sense!
Love the Apple pie & also raspberry or sour cherry pie 🥧 Thank you for your videos and for the kindness, inner and outer beauty that you bring into the world 🤗
One I'd like to try is a Dutch Apple Pie with a bit of sharp cheddar or Parmesan cheese mixed into the crumble for flavor (can use vegan cheese or nutritional yeast). One we used to make years ago -- apples, blueberries and yogurt (can use plant-based), with some granola as crumble on top
Thanks for sharing,if possible can we have a video on how to make gluten free pie crust and Pizza crust l would really appreciate it . Thanks again, for making amazing videos. Stay safe and blessed 💞❤️
Omg I was looking to see if you had an apple pie recipe just two days ago! But I guess God heard my prayers 😅 will be retrying the recipe this time this way!!

Inspired by this video and enough housemate contributions of apples mean my first time making vegan short crust pastry! Thanks for making it look so easy
They look so delicious!!! In Argentina we mostly eat ricotta pie and quince/sweet potato pie (we call this pasta frola). Maybe you could try one of them 🤗 Big hug for you and Robin! Lots of love!
