@@tysonromboui9117 Parmesan is an Italian hard, granular cheese produced from cow's milk and aged at least 12 months. It is named after the producing areas, the provinces of Reggio Emilia, Parma. There is no pork involved ;-)

I've made this recipe multiple times and the one time I used canned spinach it made no difference! Just make sure to drain them really well.
