I feel like you're showing a great way to get settled and comfortable in a new place. Exploring the city, finding new fave coffee shops etc, and taking a class seems like it would be a good way to help you start feeling like you belong and lessen homesickness.
It's so nice to see how well you're adjusting.. How positive you are.. You're not even complaining about the heat, the crowd, the traffic :D wow.. You're so positive. Me being an Indian I lose it and get so annoyed by the heat, people and traffic but you're like so nice 😍😍😍
As an Indian, I used to resent going to Bombay ever single time. Seeing this beautiful perspective from Niomi is so refreshing and makes me want to go back and explore without being angry because of the heat, people and traffic haha
@Anna Smith girl, why you lying? I never said that. I was born and brought up in India studied in London for 2 years.. I love watching this! I traveled in India with my boyfriend for 4 weeks and we started out in Mumbai. It was the craziest and best thing I experienced, and your vlogs take me right back ❤
In a few days I’m moving from the US to Northern Ireland. It’s so encouraging to see someone experiencing a different life and culture with so much positivity. It’s making me excited
I love how you've settled right into Mumbai life. The noise doesnt eve bother you anymore. Well I've been here for 40 years...born in Mumbai...and I still havent gotten used to it. 😂

Wow, thank you Niomi for sharing all these amazing things about Mumbai, I had no idea this city was so dynamic and open and forward. I'm really enjoying all of the India content you're putting out at the moment! x

I love that you are sharing so much about your life and how things are going. I can't wait to see how your move goes and hope your new apartment is cozy. I still can't believe the noise pollution so noisy...lol
Well as someone who is from India and has traveled a few countries in the west I can attest to the fact that Indian cities are really noisy. The villages on the other hand are quite the opposite
So happy you guys found an aparment and are getting to know the area and meeting people. My cousin is a yoga instructor and teacher in Paris. She actually took instruction in India for some of her teachings. She just loves it.
Hey niomi, I definitely recommend you visit "No borders", owned by a very close friend. "No borders" is all about locally and Internationally curated art and design. You will love it.

Beautiful Vlog Niomi. I’ve also been learning about Ayurveda in the past year and fascinated by its ancient wisdom.... Mumbai looks like such a vibrant and amazing city, would love to visit one day. X
Sorry I have never written to you before but I have been following you for a while now. I feel you hardly show your struggles and I am sure there are many especially when you move to a country where you don’t know many people, no family or friends around. But in saying that you have settled in like it was your home, may be in the past life or something haha. You are doing a great job Niomi. And thank you for portraying my country and its culture the way you have. After watching all the mumbai vlogs I feel like you might have to show me around when I visit home next. All the best.
Thank you so much for showing us around Mumbai! I feel like you’ve completely changed my conception of India & now it’s in my top 5 places to travel to! Lots of love back from London 🇬🇧❤️
You should be so proud of yourself in how you have adapted Niomi, a real inspiration on how to take all the positives in life and enjoy every moment x💕
I feel so connected to your videos about Mumbai (spent 22 years of my life in Mumbai). You should visit Grand Mama's cafe in Dadar/ Bandra. Also one tip coz I have noticed many people new to Mumbai do not know... when you are purchasing things in festivals, on roads (bandra, andheri), Colaba you can bargain the price down upto 30%-40% percent. Hope you fall in love with Mumbai ..cya
Lovely to see you settling in, finding your feet, meeting new and interesting people. I can see how much you are going to love Mumbai, you will not want to leave and what an experience! x 😊
Lucky you Anouschka Shankar WOW I know nothing about India but I LOOOOOOOOOVE Anoushka's music (just like I love her dad's music and her sister's Norah Jones)....my favorite of hers is "Dancing in Madness" (blends indian music and flamenco) by the way that whole album of hers "Traveller" is an absolute masterpiece :)
Wow, you were so privileged to have the chance to see Anoushka Shankar live. Her half sister being Nora Jones and what's soooo very special, her father being the late and amazing Ravi Shankar.
I got the pleasure to see/hear Anoushka Shankar Live a few years ago here in Portugal and it was incredible! Also saw her sister Norah Jones on another gig. Talented ladies x love the vlog!
