I'm from Honduras, and used local riped bananas. Since they are so sweet, I adjusted the amount of sugar on your recipie. I loved this banana bread. Thank you!!!🎉
I make your “Anna Olson Banana Bread’ recipe from an earlier broadcast where you measured the bananas (1 1/2 - 1 3/4 c). I add raisins to this recipe and sprinkle turbinado sugar on top before putting it in the oven. It turns out great every time and has become a favourite with my family. Thanks for all your recipes. Love watching you.

Years ago you made a recipe for banana bread using your dad's recipe and I love it. I printed that recipe out and now the paper is a bit tattered. I have it on my refrigerator and use it to make my banana bread. It comes out perfect every time. I have tweaked it a bit using different spices.
Hi Anna, thanks for another wonderful video. I’m in Australia and seem to miss when you’re on live; must check my notifications 🤦🏼♀️. I often taste the baking soda so I’m grateful to the person who asked the question. It doesn’t matter how well combined it is, my taste buds taste it above other ingredients….think I’ll reduce it as you said. Looking forward to your upcoming videos; the festive season is so exciting in the kitchen 👏🏻
Hi thanks for the awesome live banana bread recipe. Because of you and your lovely videos I am the baker in our house kids doesn't want mom to make any dessert anymore. Love all your videos. Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Farid
Susan from Sherwood Park, Alberta. I love adding a lot of spices added, even though it's mid-summer. I like raisins, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves. I know it's not common but I love the taste.
Morning from the uk. I missed the live but I’ve caught up . I just wanted to say I bake banana cakes for my grandchildren. I always cut my slice then cut it into cubes after buttering it. Naughty but nice. We like ours with cinnamon added. Lovely to see you back.

I love this recipe because the butter gives it a delicious flavor. Mi recipe uses baking cocoa that I mix with half of the mixture, then I stir with the other half, and it gives a marble look..Next time I will use melted butter and brown sugar just as you have shown us..Thank you. I am from Colombia and live in Arkansas,USA. 😊
