Hello can you please tell us how to print back to back using this printer....
Take print out of all odd pages and put all printouts to the paper tray again by facing the plain side and then take printout of even pages.

can you see the wifi hotspot connection of your printer while searching wifi connection in your laptop? if not, please press the button just above the color print button in the printer.

Is it possible to take pdf frm mobile in ascendingl order of paper?.. while iam taking print..iam getting prints in descending order...is there any solution to take 10 pages pdf in 5sheet(meant double sided)?
It cannot be done using hp mobile app. By using a simple trick we can do it. For that Im using Drive PDF Viewer to save only even pages to a new pdf first and then odd pages to another file. Then take print out of even paged pdf file first and reload the print outs as a bundle again as last page should be at top. Then take print out of odd paged pdf file.

I turned on wifi still in app it demand to turn on the wifi and whenever i try to choose photos the message of turn on wifi comes and goes like flashback and nothing happened to much irritated
Reinstall the mobile app and Make sure both your devices in same network.
How to put status in printer option
After connecting it is not showing printer online icon.
Check the Hotspot is ON in the printer. There will be blue light in printer.

Don't hold the button in printer. Just a single press is enough.

Did you change your wifi modem without changing the wifi name?
If you are only using wifi direct, delete that connection in laptop and try to connect again.

A small point but I thought they'd be a USB cable included to help with the set up but there was none. I've been using it now for a few weeks and it seems like a good product and superior to my previous printers which were all troublesome HP machines.

Try the same steps in your printer also. Place a paper in the tray, then press ibutton+wireless buttons together. Check the printout you get. You can find the wps pin in it.

I have HP 410 wireless printer....everything was working fine..printed hundreds of pages through wifi printing....but suddently one day it stopped printing....my phone is connected to printer but after giving print command ,nothing happens.
Try test printing directly from the printer.. eg. By pressing the i button in order to confirm whether it be any connection error or printer head issue. Also test scanning from mobile.
