You pulled out the orange plug without filling the ink tanks...you just destroyed your printer....The orange cap is for pulling the ink from the tank into the printheads. Removing it first would damage the printheads.

Yeh galat bata raha hai first watch 3 to 4 video
Right way
First fill the ink tank
Second remove all card boad
Third power on the printer
Fourth wait till the orange structure comes in center
Fifth remove orange like structure
Sixth let your printer be power on and install the Printhead
Seventh it is done
