    Good employees quit because lack of work life balance, constantly being micromanaged by cameras and incompetent supervisors and managers, and last but not least a livable wage meaning an employee shouldn't have to work two jobs to make ends meet. That why good employees quit and will continue to do so. Dropping the🎙️

      Yeah, I hate being micromanaged. It wastes everyone's time, and then the boss complains about how long everything takes!!! Just let me do my job and quit nitpicking at the littlest things.

    You don't need to put a suit and a mic on to explain common sense. If you want to keep employees from leaving, pay good, let them grow, and make them feel vital. Simple.
