Had exactly 25 minutes to work out before I had to get ready for work. This HIIT workout was exactly what I needed.

I'm happy to report I've lost 11lbs since the beginning of March, thank you FB!
I do combine this workout with a few other upper body workouts and an ab burn out. I do the exercise 100% in my room, 4~5 days a week, two work outs each day, and I'm impressed with myself and the results. The only diet changes I've made is I cut down my carb intake and no more sugary drinks.
After the "good job" part I felt like an actor at an academy award : "First of all, I'd like to thank myself without whom none of this would have been possible..." It felt great, thank you fitness blender ! :)

Thanks so much for these videos. I was at my highest weight of 140. I've been doing your HIIT workouts for 2 weeks and just been clean eating, no processed food and lots of fruit and veg and im at 134. I know that your videos work and i feel like in time i can be the fittest i've ever been. Thanks again!

I love that there is no music in the videos or excessive talking. The moves are basic but effective.

I could barely jog because of the weight I put on gave me shin splints. I started doing these exercises and combined with a sound, proper diet, I dropped weight at a good rate and am able to jog again. I use this youtube video 3 times a week a now and am so grateful for you all at fitness blender for taking the time to make these videos. Thank you so much.

I'm a bit out of shape, but Daniel's HIIT workouts kick my butt. I get so much more from the HIIT sessions than any version of steady cardio.
I've done this routine twice in the past week. Combined with eating right and walking/elliptical/jump rope I've lost 3.5 lbs in a week. I see a difference already! Thanks for providing such great content. This channel proves that one doesn't need to spend hundreds a month on gym membership fees to get fit or stay in shape. You guys are doing a great job thanks again :)

I was away last week so I thought I'd try something nice & easy to start this week off. Boy, was I wrong? Absolutely. This may only be a short workout but I assure you it left me breathless. Back to normal now, thanks.
I used this workout on 2012 and the results were amazing now since im stuck at home decided to give it another try and boy its still effective

I started with the 20 mins ladder HIIT one week ago. I switched to this tabata today. I can feel my heart beating crazy. Good video thanks.
I did this and I have to say, before I tried it I actually didn't think it was that difficult and then I tried it! WOW! I had a bit of difficulty keeping up, but I still got through it. I will continue to do this workout and will not give up! Need to drop some.

You could do a second workout in the day when you do a HIIT cardio routine like this one. I would not rely on HIIT alone for my cardio. I like to mix it up so that if I am really pressed for time, HIIT is my go-to choice, whereas if I have more time I will choose a longer, lower intensity workout. It's good to mix it up.
We take pride in our workouts being deceptively difficult ;) Way to push yourself!
@lillelissa I agree. I actually use our own videos a lot when I workout at home & it allows me to listen to whatever I want, and still hear cues about the next exercises and whatnot. Glad you like it, too!
That is definitely okay - I would also recommend trying out some of our other HIITs & cardio workouts that are not as demanding.

I have to walk up a long hill at my university for a class and i always had to resort to breathing through my mouth and felt a bit winded by the time I got to the top. After doing this workout for maybe 2 or 3 weeks...doesn't even faze me. Thanks tabata.

5 out of 7 days a week i do a HIIT workout, and i always switch it up.
Then i try to do two other workouts every day. It really is working. The abs and obliques 25 minute workout is my favorite and i can already see a difference :)

This was a great workout. I had to keep repeating what my rowing coach used to tell us during this workout. New legs. New Legs. So I would keep going and not quit even if my legs were tired.

I used to do this workout while watching on my iphone and it was annoying! But then i figured out that my xbox has usb port so I saved most of these workout videos on usb and play it on my xbox! Time to shred some fats! Thanks @FitnessBlender more power to you!

This workout still beats me down! Granted I've been out for about 2 weeks with some crazy spring flu-bug...but I didn't think I'd fallen off that much...jump squats are a beast!
Damn. I've been running (not jogging) for at least 30 mins/day, 6 days/week and still, this workout kills my legs every single time I do it. Actually feel really good afterwards. Keep up the amazing work :)

I'm an Army recruit... I haven't shipped to basic yet (I will be in less than a month though)... but I do PT (exercise with the recruiters and other future soldiers in the morning). When my body starts hurting I tell myself that I will get my ass kicked in infantry school if I give into our morning workouts. That keeps me going : ). I also sing and recite the soldier's creed. But I like the "new legs" so I'll be saying that too :D

@FitnessBlender The fact that there's no music is actually something I like about these videos - it means I can choose my own music without missing out on the coach's comments throughout the video.

We've got a new one coming out tomorrow that has 50 second intervals, you'll have to try it, it's a good one.
This one is probably my favorite because its short but super intense!

Sounds like you're doing everything right. Don't over do it though. It's important to have recovery days but also recovery weeks, once about every 6-12 weeks. That doesn't mean you shouldn't do any exercise on those weeks you can still do light cardio and stretching/yoga routines, etc. But, your body needs time to recover. Make sure your workouts are constantly changing, the more variety you put in the more you will force your body into adaptation.
