This video has impacted my life so much. Back when I was 18 I learned this workout and repeated it until I learned it. I struggled with alcohol addiction and unfortunately been in and out of jail since I was 18. Being in jail I based all my workouts on this workout and it helped me get through some of the toughest/emotional times my life. I still do a lot of HITT cardio routines and this video has saved my life. So thank you for having the intellect and positive drive throughout this video. I’ve learned to push through my mental battles with working out. I’ve learned to push myself to my limits And I’ve also learned to take a break in my workouts and life and I’ve also learned how to keep breathing throughout my workouts. Sometimes all we need is to take a deep breath to get through life. So I Thank you for making this video!
One of the best workouts ever! I'm 5'8" and I was 210 lbs. I was doing this routine for 6 months and lost 50 lbs (combining it with a healthier diet as well, 5 meals a day and no carbs after 5 pm). I highly recommend this routine!
I just finished my first time doing this workout. I had terrible form, stopped occasionally, and legitimately vomited halfway through, this was the worst thing I've ever done. But you know what? I'm gonna do it again tomorrow.
sorry to hear how bad it was for you mate but well done for a good tough start. I nearly passed out on my first stationary bike exercise at 73.5kg, will never forget it. never felt so frightened as I wish I hadnt exercised so badly for 1st time as my body went into horrible state where I blacked out, but I hadn't done exercise for nearly 3 years... on just over three weeks intensely using the bike I'm at 69.6kg :) and I missed 7 workouts quite a few this week!!. so I May have been to 68.8kg. the exercise has become easier during the week so I know my body has become use to the exercise and I've become stronger so I come to this video to challenge my body again so it doesn't get bored or come to a platue. can't wait man to be at 62-64kg :)
are you still doing it ? I did it today for the 1st time and I did not vomit a couple times like on the mountian climbers I stopped like 5 or 10 secs early on the long set .. but I did it all.. I started working out in July at 194 pounds and I am now trim 154 .. but I started out doing dance cardio and worked my way up to this sort of thing . and it still almost killed me ..lol so just wondering how you are coming cause it looks like you started not long after me .. I been reading about fasting cardio ..HA not this you won't
Those walk down push ups and high knees felt like gifts from heaven after those rounds of burpees and mt. climbers, respectively! Great workout, thanks.
I was 23.. 6ft and my weight was 46 kg... I followed this video but I calculated and shrunk this workout under 10 mins, I gradually increased this in months with time calculations ... I lost 4 Kg of weight in next 3 months but it helped me to quit smoking and smoking weed, then after losing 4 kg of weight i.e. at 42 kg of a bamboo weight I started eating a lot as this workout opens your appetite, I started gaining weight and endurance and after 5-6 months I reached to that 33 mins mark of this HIIT and now I am 25... 76 KG... FIT.. and FINE 10% body fat.. and a MMA fighter now(since a year).. I still continue this! You just need to discover that what your body is capable of and then start this... if a person start doing this for 33 mins on his first day of workout... he is probably a moron or a dumbass, *YOU CANNOT PUSH YOUR BODY TO THE LIMIT ON YOUR VERY 1st DAY*.. You'd probably die of cardiac arrest or over body heat. (specially smokers) Thanks FitnessBlender for your awesome help!
I started doing this workout when I was going through my "wanting to be cool guy phase" back when I was in late middle school, and honestly, it gave me an edge in any physical activity we did, and back then, definitely gave me more confidence in myself. Now I'm 22 and I hit the gym, but nothing can replace the way doing this daily can prepare your body. Whenever I feel sloppy and lazy nowadays, I do this and get that great feeling once again, definitely don't need all these new videos. Get down and do the work.
+augie obrien I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out good 30 minute workouts try Moorack Get Fit Miracle (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got amazing success with it.
I’ve been doing this work out for over 7 years now 1 to 2 times a week ,it’s excellent ,not easy every time I do it ,but the total body workout keeps me well toned for my regular runs .A certain level of fitness is definitely required before attempting .Thank you Daniel .
Kev A. i know mine will too. uhh dreading it but i need this. i have needed this since i let myself get out of shape after high school. when you are playing sports all the time you forget how often you are working out and not thinking about it. I'm ready to get that body back though.
This is one of my favorites. Thank you for all your hard work and help. It means a lot to me as a SAHM and busy wife, I love the convince of clicking on workouts all ready designed for my needs. I have stayed up some nights writing my own, and I know how time consuming they can be! A+ I recommend everyone reading/watching to give this one a try, you will feel great afterwords!!
You can switch it up every time if you like. If you want a program, check out our 8 Week Fat Loss Plan. Otherwise, we just put out a video on how to put together our workouts for the best structured routine, on your own :)
Thank you once again Daniel, Just trying your killer workouts this week, they are great. You and Kelly are the best trainers I have ever come across and I have seen many in 35 years of training. A very happy Christmas.
Big fan here of Fitness Blender. I usually do Kelli's workouts, because I know Daniel's videos usually pack more heat and he is a tougher motivator. Because I took extra workout time off, I punished myself and decided to do this particular Daniel-workout, but stupidly on an empty stomach. I really pushed myself, yelled some expletives at Daniel, and thought I was gonna die, but I got through it all and now I really feel good about myself. Today, I can barely move; I guess I learned my lesson the hard way - eat before doing these workouts, especially Daniel's. If I can do it, you can, too!!!
it is not because u were on an empty stomach, it's just the fact that this workout is brutal. I have done it on both an empty stomach and after eating and I can't tell a diference, but good job.
One of the best HIIT workout videos on here! I was told HIIT workouts are great for people that want to lose body fat quickly in a short amount of time.
me, after i finished the burpees: "yes! the hardest part is over!" daniel: "all right now we get a new torture" me: "wait no i" LOL, love you guys! thank you for the sweaty, painful workout
i just want to say thank you guys for all of your videos they have made a great difference in my life and i have my life thank you plz keep up the videos
Two years ago, when I first heard of HIIT and tried this exercise, I was out of breath, nausea all the time, and paused the video at every break and was almost dead at the end. Now, after following Daniel and Kellie for two year, I am able to finish this routine without pausing, and doing every movement without difficulty, and feel refreshing at the end of the routine. Thank you Daniel and Kellie for the wonderful program, and how two years of persistence can do for you.
I think i have completed every single HIIT workout from your channel but this was defenitely the hardest! Im sweating like mad but feelin great! Trank you Kelly and Daniel
This was one of the hardest workouts in my life. I felt like a trash that can't do anything. But I want to push through my limits and .. Stop being a trash. May be this is the beginning of becoming stronger. Thank you!!!
I'd forgotten all about this one. Just did it again for the first time in a few months and it felt like it was never gonna end! Setting those knee slap jumps last is just cruel. Got through it though and felt great afterwards. Awesome workout.
Workout Complete! Two words I have never been so glad to read! I love the FB workouts. I started to gain weight after going over 40 and having shoulder surgery. I am starting to see some results from these workouts!
I was dreading this! But I did it!!! The 10, 20, 30, 40, 30, 20, 10 with mountain climbers and high knees kicked my butt! Well done to everyone! We're all champions for starting this in the first place! High fives all round! :D
Hello from India.. This was a MAAD workout.. I totally appreciate the fact that Daniel and Kelli train with us on every set, rep and routine.. It makes a huge difference.. Cheers to FitnessBlender !!
If you would've asked me what the hardest exercise is before this workout... I would've said burpees. I honestly thought I was gonna die out the first round. Ask me the hardest exercise after this workout... definitely mountain climbers!!! Who would've known they would be this killer!!!! 2nd round was definitely a challenge! Thank you fitness blender for all you do!! Workout complete 💪😌
I just finished this. Ok, barely finished and then died. I sweated the mat. Just wondering how many colores might be burned. Awesome video, thanks! The 95 dislikes are probably from those who quit after 5 minutes.
Everytime I feel like I've done the hardest FitnessBlender video there is, I find another one... like this one - this workout was TOUGH. Never stop pushing yourself!
I'm doing this 5-6 x a week, been in week 3. i like it. only hard was the side planks. but doable after a while, I love it its fast and really works. just count your macros. you'll see change and that belly flab will be gone in no time.
HIIT training shouldnt be done more than 4 times a week, add some running or other steady state cardio for endurance because HIIT is great but it is easy to overtrain with HIIT.
This is one of the hardest workouts I have done I felt like I was going to pass out but I finished it. I love the workout out even thought I lost 75 lbs I'm still working to improve my endurance and be as fit as possible thanks for the videos🙌🙌
This is a great workout, after doing the HIIT from your channel for a while, I notice my cardio endurance has been improved a lot and I feel great too after each of them.
oh wow, just managed to complete this. Amazing, my heart is pounding. Your workouts are incredible, so easy to follow and the voice over is perfect. Thank you so much for helping me to massively improve my shape after three children!
Reading the posts made me feel better - thought I was the only one who found this workout difficult! Couldn't finish as strong as I would like - will try again tomorrow :)
I felt like I was going to die at one point, Specially doing the Mt climbers, but I kept going. I have been following this videos for 2 weeks doing different exercises, the other day I was late for a meeting and I had to run for like 20 min or so to be early. Before I would have to catch my breath just running for 10 min,. I ran fast, and didn't feel like I was about to pass out, thanks for doing this videos. you are awesome fitness blender! :)
Seriously, I didn't want to do this, it was like HELL for me, 33min of Hiit, can you imagine?! (After 4 years without sports because of my knees' operation and because i gained around 66 lbs, i decided to restart sport 2 month ago. But i was verrrrrrrrrrryyyyyy scared) 2 minutes after, I took a look on my fitness goal (my body but perfect, thks photoshop) and I remembered when I was young this jerk who was awful with all girls saying that we were weak and stupid, and all these kinda things. I just took my bloody sport shoes and I just did this freaking training to show at myself I was able to do this training. I have to lost around 66lbs, I literally cry at the end because I finished this OMG Hiit training even with my overweight. First I did 10 min of hiit and sometimes 20, i wasn't able to do more. And then 33 and then 40 (I tried a video of insanity and i didn't stop, i am proud 😂). I don't know how i lost, i boycott bathroom scale (My clothes are getting big :D) but thank you. Your vids are very motivational and just make my lungs, my heart (in the good way), my body on fire. Everyone can do it. We all are warriors. If you are sceptic or if you have this little voice who tell you to do this exercice tomorrow (Traduction: never do the exercice) YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DIE but sweat like a pig, that's all 😏 Sorry if i made some mistakes, I am Swiss.
Aragon Blanco i could feel my heartbeat in my neck and ears only after the burpees, which i only did about 70-80% of. I thought I was going to die and stopped there, lol... I guess regular cardio it's the thing for me
Did this one the other day and thought I wouldn't finish. But I did! I had to modify, because I'm not at your level, but it's awesome! Thanks!!!!!!! Keep up the great work!
felt sooooooo good. It's great to have you guys there, helping us to lose weight, especially so after a HUGE feast in celebration of Chinese Lunar New Year. ATE LIKE CRAZY and my tummy literally exploded but you guys made me feel so much better now. :D Thank you dears.
Vile, brutal, disgusting workout.. did the whole thing all the way through and my bodies a trembling mess but i'm thinking of how uncomfortable i felt last summer and I can't be dealing with that again so bring the pain!!
Amazing work out do this 3 times a week you don't need a diet I like the balance of excersise some easy ones in between hard ones to give you a little respite lol thanks fitness blender
Honestly one of the hardest things I've ever tried. Props to this guy he is a true beast! Today was my first time trying this and it fully killed me. I reccomend it tho! And I'm definitely doing this again!
Hey, guys. First, I want to thank you for your videos. They help me and my husband stay fit. Second, I want to ask: Which of your videos is the most intensive? I mean, I want to lose weight (0.5-1 kg / week would be ideal) and I want to make sure I make the most progress in the shortest of time. Once again, thank you :)
Thanks for the awesome video!! Burned 374 calories according to my heart rate monitor. Not bad for only 34 minutes!! I love this channel and really appreciate your videos.

soldout4jesus37 hello is that question to me or someone else?? Lol
I....I....I just got done! I'm sweating like I just ran a marathon in the desert! I'm gonna do this every other day. What a workout!!!

Good on you, man! You Indian?
Dipika Desaboyina Yes, I'm an Indian
DeadPaulWalker Good to know. Cheers!
Dipika Desaboyina Cheers mate!
DeadPaulWalker I truly didn't know it was this hard but I did until minute 25 and was kind of ashamed so your story picked me up, thanks!
I started doing this workout when I was going through my "wanting to be cool guy phase" back when I was in late middle school, and honestly, it gave me an edge in any physical activity we did, and back then, definitely gave me more confidence in myself. My best advice- have plenty of water on hand and learn to pray.
+augie obrien I love your humour...and I do pray before all FB workouts
+augie obrien I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out good 30 minute workouts try Moorack Get Fit Miracle (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got amazing success with it.
I'll gladly take this advice! hahah
🤣😂😂🤣
haha
One of my fav workouts in the whole UA-cam net! Always come back... after like 3 Months but come back 🤣 I need 3 months break after doing this workout
I'm sure I told you to "F*** off" at least twice on the first half of the workout. Lol. Great sweat and definitely great challenge for me
I’ve been doing this work out for over 7 years now 1 to 2 times a week ,it’s excellent ,not easy every time I do it ,but the total body workout keeps me well toned for my regular runs .A certain level of fitness is definitely required before attempting .Thank you Daniel .
This workout is a KILLER! Amazing what you can put your body through by just pushing yourself in your living room.
It's crazy how much I love Kelly & Dani and how much I still swear at them during these workouts. #omg
*Kelli *Daniel
lmao me too
Lina Marie especially when Daniel is like "you can make this harder by..." I say really mean things to him then 😂
Definitely difficult. My cool down involved gasping for air while in a fetal position.
Hahahahah man you made my day!
BAHAHA!
Kev A. i know mine will too. uhh dreading it but i need this. i have needed this since i let myself get out of shape after high school. when you are playing sports all the time you forget how often you are working out and not thinking about it. I'm ready to get that body back though.
Kev A. Excellent! You survived! I just found this video now and I may not survive.
But on a different note, awesome cool down!
Kev A. I hear you. But once you get through hell you get to heaven. ; )
6 minutes into the exercise and I could feel the aura of Buddha embracing me. So I would either die to Covid or this exercise when grounded at home.
😅😅
Literally one of the toughest 30-minute workouts on UA-cam. Oldie but a goodie!
Oh man... At the knee slaps my brain says jump but my body won't listen. Very brutal workout but I'll be back for another. Love you FB!
You can switch it up every time if you like. If you want a program, check out our 8 Week Fat Loss Plan. Otherwise, we just put out a video on how to put together our workouts for the best structured routine, on your own :)
Seriously no more running on a treamill this is by far the best cardio! Sweated buckets doing this now off to the club
Agreed!
Every drop of 💦 sweat on the ground is to be proud of 💪🏻forza
Thank you once again Daniel, Just trying your killer workouts this week, they are great.

+Christina Rivera I yell expletives too at Daniel...that dude doesn't stop...
+Christina Rivera I do these on an empty stomach with no problem every time lol
it is not because u were on an empty stomach, it's just the fact that this workout is brutal. I have done it on both an empty stomach and after eating and I can't tell a diference, but good job.
One of the best HIIT workout videos on here! I was told HIIT workouts are great for people that want to lose body fat quickly in a short amount of time.
me, after i finished the burpees: "yes! the hardest part is over!"
daniel: "all right now we get a new torture"
me: "wait no i"
LOL, love you guys! thank you for the sweaty, painful workout
i just want to say thank you guys for all of your videos they have made a great difference in my life and i have my life thank you plz keep up the videos
You're supposed to do that in one go, like, not pausing the video to prevent death?
lmaooooo
@Grimladi - My wife
amkkma looool
Lmaooo!!!
yeah no kidding. I paused the rest part for a couple minutes and used my shake weight on the ridiculous looking ones
Great workout, using your videos to prepare for military boot camp
I think i have completed every single HIIT workout from your channel but this was defenitely the hardest! Im sweating like mad but feelin great! Trank you Kelly and Daniel
This was one of the hardest workouts in my life. I felt like a trash that can't do anything. But I want to push through my limits and .. Stop being a trash.
May be this is the beginning of becoming stronger.
Thank you!!!
Nothing left to give is certainly right. I gave it ALL this workout and it was wonderfully brutal. Loved it and saving it on my faves workout list!
Fitness Blender is such an inspiration for me. I started my own channel after doing HIIT for the last 7 years!
This was the hardest HIIT I've done on this channel so far. At first I thought it was too easy... Boy was I WRONG
Here during isolation because of COVID-19. Thank you Fitness Blender, this was great!!
time moves differently when doing mountain climbers I swear
ok
I agree ,tee he he
no cap
I have this feeling at burpees, dammit

Hello from India.. This was a MAAD workout.. I totally appreciate the fact that Daniel and Kelli train with us on every set, rep and routine.. It makes a huge difference.. Cheers to FitnessBlender !!
Love this one. It's really tough, but I feel great for getting through it.
Another great workout! Keep them coming
oh my god this was so hard but so much fun too! I've recently discovered fitness blender and i'm enjoying it. Thank you for such a killer workout
I just finished this. Ok, barely finished and then died. I sweated the mat. Just wondering how many colores might be burned.
Awesome video, thanks!
The 95 dislikes are probably from those who quit after 5 minutes.
Carlos Alberto Valle yes!! i almost die too! i stopped in 26:30 minutes...wow! i couldn't finish. Very good workout
Don’t worry you burned hella calories if you feel like you died😂
Everytime I feel like I've done the hardest FitnessBlender video there is, I find another one... like this one - this workout was TOUGH. Never stop pushing yourself!

HIIT training shouldnt be done more than 4 times a week, add some running or other steady state cardio for endurance because HIIT is great but it is easy to overtrain with HIIT.
Thanks for this! This is a great level of difficulty for me. Just hard enough where I can barely finish. One of my favorite ones so far.
This is one of the hardest workouts I have done I felt like I was going to pass out but I finished it. I love the workout out even thought I lost 75 lbs I'm still working to improve my endurance and be as fit as possible thanks for the videos🙌🙌
Gervaise Davis I love this one too. Can you recommend some more to me that are just as difficult or more difficult than this one
I just look for any of the ones that are listed as high intensity
This is a great workout, after doing the HIIT from your channel for a while, I notice my cardio endurance has been improved a lot and I feel great too after each of them.
I severely regret the giant lunch I had before this workout.
I did it! It was great challenge. Never give up youtubers!
That's alright we'll be here when you are ready for a new challenge :)
I got ripped with this 9 years ago. Plus some weight training and proper diet and in 2 months i was a complete different person.
Leaving those "knee slap jumps" for last is cruel.
Incredible breathtakingly reinvigorating workout. Thank you FB.
MANNNN!!! I don't know about this one for Saturday's workout. lol
Oh yes; that is a hard one, not the one for an easy day. Not the workout for the first day back either.
As a busy parent, I appreciate how much work can be crammed into 30 minutes.
Daniel : "I'm sure you're just as tired as I am"
Me : Literally dead
This workout is great! I love the different variety of HIIT, it kept me from getting bored!
I just like this because I don't have to spend 3 hours at a gym waiting for bro-man and his steeds to get done using shit
Also this is the best method to lose weight
This definitely was a killer workout. Thanks I think 🤔 Daniel and Fitness Blender 🙌🏽
I need to stop underestimating the difficulty with this workout videos.
oh wow, just managed to complete this. Amazing, my heart is pounding. Your workouts are incredible, so easy to follow and the voice over is perfect. Thank you so much for helping me to massively improve my shape after three children!
Goodness.. I hate thigh slaps more than I hate star jumps!
irenenergy haha I hate Star Jumps even more
Reading the posts made me feel better - thought I was the only one who found this workout difficult! Couldn't finish as strong as I would like - will try again tomorrow :)
THIS WAS A REAL TORTURE OMG. My body is crying
Haven't done this workout in 2 years (Maybe longer) & It STILL kicks my butt! Awesome content! Please keep it going
Love this workout, done it probably 1K times never gets old❤️❤️
I can't believe I survived this workout.. my legs are dead :D
I felt like I was going to die at one point, Specially doing the Mt climbers, but I kept going. I have been following this videos for 2 weeks doing different exercises, the other day I was late for a meeting and I had to run for like 20 min or so to be early.
If you are sceptic or if you have this little voice who tell you to do this exercice tomorrow (Traduction: never do the exercice) YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DIE but sweat like a pig, that's all 😏
Sorry if i made some mistakes, I am Swiss.
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! thank you FitnessBlender!
I can't decide if you're God or Satan.
*types this with shaky fingers and wrists during my 45-sec break*

GEEZ. I’ve done a few of the HIIT videos from a few different UA-camrs, but this one had me wishing it ended sooner.
KILLER indeed.
3 hours later and I'm still emanating heat like a bastard! Great, but evil workout. The kicks at the end - oof!
Still one of the Best Routines to get startet - ty guys
Does anybody Know how many people have died trying this?
Aragon Blanco LMAOOOO
Aragon Blanco i could feel my heartbeat in my neck and ears only after the burpees, which i only did about 70-80% of. I thought I was going to die and stopped there, lol... I guess regular cardio it's the thing for me
*****
oh yeah, I don't doubt that... If I'll ever be able to get through it
Not even that hard
***** How often did you workout in a week?
Did this one the other day and thought I wouldn't finish. But I did! I had to modify, because I'm not at your level, but it's awesome! Thanks!!!!!!!
Keep up the great work!

I think I finally reached the top of the mountain after doing all those mountain climbers LOL oh man are my abs killing me
Thanks for the awesome video!! Burned 374 calories according to my heart rate monitor. Not bad for only 34 minutes!! I love this channel and really appreciate your videos.
