Thank you! These look amazing :). I just got my order of Liv Body and Stevia and am going to make your carrot donuts today :) Would love if you could do a video about the different ways you use LB protein powder and the various supplements. I've seen your baking videos but was wondering about adding it to coffee etc. I searched their website for recipes and ways to use it other than drinking or smoothies but they do not have a recipe tab. (Maybe you could encourage them to add one). I couldn't wait to try it yesterday when it arrived so made banana /cinnamon coffee ice cream :).

Thanks for sharing this! Just a heads-up for those that make it, my applesauce says 1/2 cup is 122 grams. I only post this because these came out very gummy, took forever to cook through, and stuck to my non-stick pan (fail haha) so I have been trying to figure out why. 8 extra grams of moisture isn't the end of the world but it didn't help me out. It could also be the protein powder brand, though mine has similar ingredients. I used a scale for the recipe to ensure accuracy. Can't rate this recipe poorly without the same brand of protein, though, so again, I appreciate you sharing this with us!

I keep failing at vegan gf pancakes. I'm thinking maybe my batter consistency is maybe not think enough? I use 1 cup oat flour and 2 scoops vanilla pea protein, water, and baking powder. I put an oiled pan on med to med/low heat. The bottom ends up burning and sticking to the pan while the rest just gets mushy and never makes a pancake like consistency. Any advice/help is greatly appreciated. :) Side note, when using the same recipe with whey, my pancakes come out perfect. I guess this is why i think i'm having a consistency issue. Thanks! Love your recipes.

Oat flour can be tricky at times...Oat pancakes are more mushy unless you mix a second flour... if you want a fluffy pancake Try using all purpose gf baking flour.
