Thank you! These look amazing :). I just got my order of Liv Body and Stevia and am going to make your carrot donuts today :) Would love if you could do a video about the different ways you use LB protein powder and the various supplements. I've seen your baking videos but was wondering about adding it to coffee etc. I searched their website for recipes and ways to use it other than drinking or smoothies but they do not have a recipe tab. (Maybe you could encourage them to add one). I couldn't wait to try it yesterday when it arrived so made banana /cinnamon coffee ice cream :).
Thank you!
I do an amazing protein Frappuccino.
-I add a cup of cold coffee
-1/2 cup plant based milk
-1 scopp livbody
Mix and add ice cubes😆
Favorite green smoothie recipe:
- 100g frozen banana
- 1 scoop livbody
- 80g spinach
- 1 tbsp of pb2 or peanut butter
- 1 cup plant based milk
@@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef Thanks, I just found LB's recipes under their Blog. Donuts are in the oven :)
I have a ton more on my website too💕 happy baking
I realize I'm pretty randomly asking but do anybody know of a good website to watch newly released series online ?
@Dean Korbin I would suggest FlixZone. Just search on google for it =)
I gotta make these! 😋 they look delicious, thanks for this recipe! 🙌
This is just FABULOUS Natalie!! Thank you sssssoooo MUCH!!!😃🙌🏼👍🏼💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
Wow so easy! I always thought I couldn’t make pancakes without a store bought mix but you just showed us how simple the ingredients are!
Thank you! I can’t wait for you to try these😆
They look incredible! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Thank you! Happy to share😆
Thanks Natalie,
I truly appreciate this pancake recipe. 💛 it looks delicious☺
Thank you! I hope you give it a try😆
Finally an amazing vegan pancake recipe!! I’m going to try them this weekend!!
Yay! Weekend pancakes are the best! I always look forward to making them every Sunday 😆 for George and I
Yum! I made your gluten free pancakes this week.....soooooo good. Can’t wait to try these ones!
Yay! I love to make pancakes❤️ I can’t wait for you to try them
This is great. I am looking for recipes with high protein not coming from peas necessarily unless product comes from manufacturing process that really is organic. This is great! Thank you.
Dare I say, one of my FAVORITE videos of yours!!
REALLY?!? YAY!!!! that makes me so happy :) Thank you
Just what I was looking for! Gracias!! 😻😻😻
Thank you! Buen provecho 😘
Thank you so much for your video🙏🏻✨💖
Thank you for the discount code. I just ordered all 3 protein flavors. I plan on making your pancakes and brownies. After my competition on the 17.
Yay! Thank you Sarah! You’re going to love them. I have tons of recipes using LivBody.
Just baked it this morning for my sisters and I and it's a full ovation...it's BOMB they taste amazing many many thanks!!!
YAS!!! I'm beyond happy you enjoyed the recipe. Thank you!
@@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef trying your brownie next week, cant wait your cookbook thank you for the sharing you're such an inspiration
I know I am late on this comment, I’m watching again to do the recipe today. A great tip is to use a small ladle or a 1/4 cup ladle to scoop out batter as well. Happy Sunday, everyone!
Gonna try this next week, looks soooo yummy 🥰😍
YAY! I cant wait for you to try.
Amazing recipe Natalie, quick question:- would it be okay if I make the batter slightly thinner?
This looks awesome def making it
I can’t wait for you to try them!
@NatalieMathews great recipe awesome job what gluten free flour did you use have a blessed rest of your day 😇🙏
Natalie i LOVE ur Kitchen!!! 👍👍👍
THANK YOU! I'm in love with our new place in Cali! The kitchen was a deciding factor lol
I've tried it it worked thank youu
Thank you for sharing. I’d recommend using a good cast iron pan because the coating on non stick pans break down and releases toxic chemicals in the air❤️
I think I’m making pancakes for breakfast tomorrow 😂 I always use my 3 ingredient recipe but might give this a try tomorrow 😍👏🏼
Yasss! Thanks Emma, I cannot wait for you to try them. What’s in your 3 ingredient pancakes?
@@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef It's just protein powder, baking powder and oat/lentil flour. I find it works really well with the soy protein I use, I think the texture of the protein is the key of making them perfect with just 3 ingredients! I'll def let you know how I like this recipe!
Emma Seiteri have you got them on your page
Looks yummy and can’t wait to try. How many calories does it have per serving?
So awesome thank you! Do you microwave?
Thanks for sharing this! Just a heads-up for those that make it, my applesauce says 1/2 cup is 122 grams. I only post this because these came out very gummy, took forever to cook through, and stuck to my non-stick pan (fail haha) so I have been trying to figure out why. 8 extra grams of moisture isn't the end of the world but it didn't help me out. It could also be the protein powder brand, though mine has similar ingredients. I used a scale for the recipe to ensure accuracy. Can't rate this recipe poorly without the same brand of protein, though, so again, I appreciate you sharing this with us!
So many of my clients are gluten-free. I’m going to share this recipe with them!
Thanks friend! I’m trying my best to make my recipes more allergy friendly.
Does two scoops of your protein powder equal 1/4 cup or half a cup when using other protein powders @NatalieMatthews thanks again stay blessed
I love protein can you see if you can make more vegan protein recipes
I really would love to see some
Looks great Natalie!
Thank you!
They look delicious!!! So fluffy! How do you usually reheat them? Do you heat them for a few mins in the pan or microwave or?
Thank you! I put them in the microwave for 1 minute.
I want to make these however it’s only for myself so how much flour and the rest of the ingredients do I need to measure?
I'm also vegan from Oxnard. Great Channel
You live in Oxnard now? I live in Oakland. I will have to come through and get a workout in with you soon I got family there. Awe you look so happy surfing and cooking. I can tell these are truly passions for you.
Thank you so much! Yes, Oxnard is home for the next 4 years ❤️ I’m so happy here.
You look so cute, Natalie!
Thank you! I hope you give them a try!
I love the baking stevia from (in the raw)... I use it a lot!
Any other binder options? Cauliflower?
These look delicious!! 😋🥞 Could I use flax seed instead of applesauce?
did it work ?
I want some!!!
I will make some for us❤️
I am not vegan but I will make that vegan pancakes. That look good stay healthy!
These look amazing! I can't wait to try this recipe. What is the name of that chocolate sauce? I too am obsessed with chocolate! Haha. Have you ever tried black bean or edamame pasta? How about a high protein pasta sauce with lentils? I am also a fan of one dish meals that you can throw in the slow cooker or instant pot! Would love any ideas you have!!! :0)
This is the chocolate sauce link, I get it on Amazon: amzn.to/2Kz8pZT
My favorite bean pasta is the bans chickpea pasta! Red lentil pasta is a close second. Check out my high protein Mac & cheese : ua-cam.com/video/epW1rqv7m8U/v-deo.html
Thank you for the info! And I love Banza pasta! Costco has it (in Orlando) for an extremely low price!
😍😍😍 can't wait to make these! Have you tried lakanto maple syrup? Also, could you make a high protein curry? 😅 I always see it made with lentils but I was wondering if there was another way
No! I must find it!!! Where do you buy it?
I have a traditional curry recipe on my website...let me see what I can come up with☺️
@@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef I got it from Amazon and it tastes so much like maple syrup but it's only 15 calories for 2 tbs ( it is a tad bit watery in consistency though) 💖 I'll tag you on IG when I end up making the recipes😁
Thank you so much for the recommendation.
Hi Natalie, did you discuss in a video your move to California? I am a bit behind on your videos but I am wondering if you could point me to which one you discuss this in if you did. I am going to be moving to California for winters and I was curious about how you decided to go to the place in California where you are now living. How did you decide on that city versus others? Thank you!
Hey beautiful! I haven't discuss my moved yet. My road trip video will be up next Thursday discussing everything in details. George is in the military, the military picks for us.
Do these freeze well?
I made these pancakes and boy oh boys are they good!!! I went to buy the protein and sadly they don’t ship to Canada
Thank you!
They will soon, they're working on getting shipping cost down.
You look amazing !
Thank you
😋
You look super cute 😍 Any stevia free protein powders you can recommend? The pancakes look delicious 😋 Thank you!!
I’m sorry! I’m not familiar with any stevia free protein. You can try my protein powder free pancakes 🥞 fitveganchef.com/blueberry-protein-pancakes/
What is the name of the low calorie chocolate sweetener syrup she is using??
here's the amazon link: amzn.to/2LHaraP
Have you ever made jerky?
I love pancakes! I need to add in chocolate chips next time!
UMMMM YES YOU DO!!!!!
Loved this recipe!!!
Question about the protein, would you say you can taste the greens in it? I typically don't enjoy protein powders with added greens because it's always over powering but the birthday cake one I'd love to try!!
No I don't taste any greens! That's one of the reasons I love it so much! It's nutritious and tasty ;)
I just can't get over the way you say "gluten free". I think about it everytime I see "gluten free" anywhere 😂
I have a waffle maker can I use the mix in that???
I haven't tried it in a waffle maker yet! ;) I broke mine recently :(
Do you like your waffle maker? If so, what do you have?
Can you do gluten free muffins? Preferably oat-free as well?
I have a protein carrot cake baked donut recipe... you can use a muffin pan instead of a donut pan. They’re super tasty! Oat free too😉
Check out the recipe here:

What about coconut flour?
I keep failing at vegan gf pancakes. I'm thinking maybe my batter consistency is maybe not think enough? I use 1 cup oat flour and 2 scoops vanilla pea protein, water, and baking powder. I put an oiled pan on med to med/low heat. The bottom ends up burning and sticking to the pan while the rest just gets mushy and never makes a pancake like consistency. Any advice/help is greatly appreciated. :) Side note, when using the same recipe with whey, my pancakes come out perfect. I guess this is why i think i'm having a consistency issue. Thanks! Love your recipes.
Oat flour can be tricky at times...Oat pancakes are more mushy unless you mix a second flour... if you want a fluffy pancake Try using all purpose gf baking flour.
@@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef Thank you!
I haven't any eggs so I'm doing vegan pancakes for a bit
Does anyone know where the recipe measurements are please?
Everything is listed in the Description box ☝🏽
Pea milk? Is that sold like at a store in a carton? Or did you make it with pea protein powder and water?
There’s a few brans in the refrigerated section at the grocery store. Ripple and Suja are my favorite 2. I get the unsweetened kind. You can also use flax milk, or soy milk.
Natalie Matthews thank you! I never looked at Ripple but seen it in the selection at the store not knowing it was only pea protein . 👌🏼👍🏻
Yes! I did the same😆 I’ve been seeing it everywhere!
Flipping pancake skills 12/10
haha yasss!!! Thanks girl!
Anyone try this with coconut flour before?
Lvu
Boo .. you are a god
Don’t use teff flour guys. Mine came out not being cooked all the way through😞
😂 continue to cook...in the fridge
Food inclusivity is cool 💪
Only reason I’m not gna watch the video is because I feel like it’s just too long for something as simple as making pancakes. Under 5 minutes I would have definitely watched
Watch it on a faster speed.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I followed your recipe completely and they’re still turning out really gross and gooey. Maybe it’s the protein?
It stayed raw in the inside:(
So hot 😩😩
Processed flour and pea milk, not healthy at all
Less talking more making.
I like to talk :)
